It has framed political opposition \u2064to Biden and other Democrats as \u201cracism,\u201d \u201cextremism,\u201d \u201cinsurrection,\u201d and other \u200blargely false or arbitrary boogeymen. The FBI has defined \u2062terrorist \u2063threats as \u201cwhite rage\u201d and is engaging in a \u2062disinformation and intimidation campaign to \u200dprevent Trump\u2019s return to power, calling his current election-fraud lawsuits \u201cdomestic terrorism.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FBI\u2019s targeting of Trump and his hundreds \u200dof millions of supporters \u2063is a current and ongoing attack on our republic\u2019s \u2063constitutional federal order as well\u2062 as civil and legal rights. This has gone so \u2063far that Republican senators had to grill FBI\u200c Director Christopher Wray in a\u2062 recent hearing over the FBI\u2019s creation of a political prisoner at Guantanamo Bay. Press outlets that parroted the FBI\u2019s lies and\u200c distortions about Guantanamo and January 6 have become flat-out Stalinist.<\/p>\n<p>There is no way that an FBI that pushes domestic terrorism hoaxes like January 6 will diligently and honorably investigate attempts to murder peaceful and unarmed political opposition. The\u200c FBI has \u2063shown itself\u200c to be a willing instrument of propaganda and\u2064 oppression. In this \u2062environment, we \u200dhave\u200c no\u2064 reason to trust anything \u200dthe FBI \u2062says about the\u2064 attack on Trump.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t want\u2064 to see the truth of Trump\u2019s murder attempt buried under \u2063a wave \u2063of \u2063Beltway dishonesty and political \u200ccorruption, you need to speak up now. Call your representatives and demand they \u200dput forward an independent investigation, like the one by Sen. John\u2063 Danforth into Clinton\u2019s massacre of Branch Davidians at Waco, Texas. The victims of language criminalization and destruction under political color of state law deserve justice, not continued maskirovka to \u2063prop up a corrupt and\u2062 weakening \u200bestablishment. Anything else is complicity in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/conservatives-should-not-help-biden-destroy-border-security\/\" title=\"Conservatives Should Not Help Biden Destroy Border Security\">political terrorism<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Remember what they did to Trump because\u200d it was billed as expedient \u2064and \u201cin good faith.\u201d Even if you hate Trump personally,\u2062 this \u200beffort to damage us all using him \u2063and the\u200d lies they told to densensitize you to civil wrongs clearly shows the FBI cannot be trusted to scrutinize its own bad acts.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The White House, Congress, and FBI immediately announced investigations into how a 20-year-old who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/live-updates\/trump-shooting-statement-joe-biden-updates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">couldn\u2019t make<\/a> his high school gun team nearly killed the former and potentially future leader of the free world Saturday. In a city as corrupt as Washington, D.C., \u201cinvestigation\u201d is politico-speak for \u201ccover-up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That goes double for Merrick Garland or Chris Wray, the heads of the DOJ and FBI, respectively. Any investigation into this assassination attempt from which they do not recuse themselves is irrevocably poisoned. In fact, any involvement even from their headquarters and D.C. offices is a sure sign the investigations are cover-ups. It\u2019s not even clear that field offices are credible investigators. The best option would be a genuinely independent commission or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/schiff-nadler-call-flynn-pardon-abuse-of-power\/\" title=\"Schiff, Nadler Call Flynn Pardon &#039;Abuse of Power&#039;\">special prosecutor<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>FBI has so tarnished itself that it must NOT be in charge of investigating today\u2019s assassination attempt. <\/p>\n<p>The lead investigating entity should be a special prosecutor or independent commission. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/ZdTcBikWDD\">https:\/\/t.co\/ZdTcBikWDD<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u2014 J Michael Waller (@JMichaelWaller) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JMichaelWaller\/status\/1812320054467240232?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 14, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Here\u2019s just a short recounting of the voluminous evidence showing that these men and their D.C. fiefdoms are rife with corruption and anti-Donald-Trump animus \u2014 as well as patent incompetence \u2014 to such a level that it has already repeatedly caused them to use their incredible federal powers for political snuffouts.<\/p>\n<h2>Merrick Garland\u2019s Long Trump-Persecution Rap Sheet<\/h2>\n<p>Trump\u2019s election in 2016 is the reason U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland is<strong> <\/strong>not a justice voting on the U.S. Supreme Court for life. In fact, scuttling Garland\u2019s nomination <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2018\/06\/29\/624467256\/what-happened-with-merrick-garland-in-2016-and-why-it-matters-now\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">may have won<\/a> Trump the presidency, as it allowed him to promise a better justice to voters. Those are some pretty sour grapes, and Garland has obviously drunk them repeatedly.<\/p>\n<p>Garland <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/11\/attorney-general-merrick-garland-admits-he-personally-approved-fbi-raid-on-trumps-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">personally <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.declassified.live\/p\/fbi-authorized-use-of-deadly-force\">authorized<\/a> FBI agents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.declassified.live\/p\/fbi-violated-mar-a-lago-warrant-to\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dressed in street clothes<\/a> to perform the same maneuver the assassin attempted against Trump Saturday: to shoot to kill Trump, should he interfere with their unprecedented raid on a cooperating former president\u2019s home. Special Counsel Jack Smith\u2019s prosecution of Trump based on the documents DOJ took in that raid has just been <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/01\/clarence-thomas-challenges-jack-smiths-legitimacy-as-trump-makes-same-argument-in-florida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">declared<\/a> by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/alx\/status\/1812848514822463797\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Florida judge<\/a> in the case, Aileen Cannon, to be unlawful.<\/p>\n<p>During that raid, the FBI, a division of Garland\u2019s DOJ, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.declassified.live\/p\/fbi-violated-mar-a-lago-warrant-to\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">violated<\/a> the warrant a judge secretly signed via WhatsApp by searching Melania and Barron Trump\u2019s bedrooms without authorization. The related DOJ prosecution seeks to bankrupt Trump and throw him in jail for actions it declined to prosecute when openly committed by Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Mike Pence, and others.<\/p>\n<p>Garland <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/05\/13\/virginias-gop-leaders-are-refusing-to-enforce-the-law-against-leftists-harassing-scotus-justices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">personally declined to increase protection<\/a> for Supreme Court justices and their families while they were threatened in their homes by rioters. Congress <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/congress\/house-vote-senate-passed-bill-provide-security-supreme-court-justices-rcna33427\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ordered\u00a0Garland\u00a0to do so<\/a> after Justice Brett Kavanaugh barely escaped an assassination attempt.<\/p>\n<p>Garland and his DOJ <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/10\/27\/merrick-garland-says-hell-keep-targeting-parents-even-after-school-board-group-apologized-for-its-bogus-domestic-terrorism-claims\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">defined<\/a> Trump supporters, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/10\/28\/the-face-act-is-unconstitutional-its-past-time-congress-got-rid-of-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">such as<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/if-peacefully-protesting-abortion-is-criminal-but-firebombing-pregnancy-centers-is-not-there-is-no-rule-of-law\/\" title=\"If Peacefully Protesting Abortion Is Criminal But Firebombing Pregnancy Centers Is Not, There Is No Rule Of Law\">peaceful pro-lifers<\/a> and parents protesting masks and queer pornography, as \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/oig.justice.gov\/news\/doj-oig-releases-report-department-justices-strategy-address-domestic-violent-extremism-threat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">domestic violent extremists<\/a>.\u201d His DOJ has devoted extensive resources to suppressing the First Amendment rights of Americans who publicly agree with Trump\u2019s policies, even <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/09\/21\/fbi-hero-paying-the-price-for-exposing-unjust-persecution-of-conservative-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">diverting<\/a> FBI agents from child trafficking cases to harass and jail Americans who publicly supported Trump policies.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI and DOJ rounding up and jailing peaceful pro-lifers is especially notable because <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-dc\/pr\/three-defendants-convicted-federal-civil-rights-conspiracy-and-freedom-access-clinic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">it has directly involved<\/a> the FBI\u2019s Pittsburgh Field Office, which is currently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbi.gov\/news\/press-releases\/update-on-the-fbi-investigation-of-the-attempted-assassination-of-former-president-donald-trump\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">leading<\/a> the FBI investigation into Trump\u2019s attempted assassination. Helping put elderly Americans in jail for constitutionally protected speech is another indication the Pittsburgh FBI office is as politically corrupted as the Washington, D.C., office. While rounding up peaceful pro-lifers under an <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/10\/28\/the-face-act-is-unconstitutional-its-past-time-congress-got-rid-of-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unconstitutional<\/a> law, Garland\u2019s DOJ and FBI have failed to find and prosecute <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/06\/08\/cnn-blames-republicans-for-attempted-left-wing-assassination-of-supreme-court-justice-brett-kavanaugh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">leftists who firebombed<\/a> pro-life clinics, another clear proof of anti-right animus and politicized corruption of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-inaugural-two-thousand-national-guard-troops-in-d-c-sworn-in-as-special-deputy-u-s-marshals\/\" title=\"Biden Inaugural: Two Thousand National Guard Troops in D.C. Sworn in as Special Deputy U.S. Marshals\">police power<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Garland also refused to release the Special Counsel Robert Hur interview with President Biden, which provides evidence Biden is unfit to perform his elected duties, over which the House <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/11\/house-republicans-fail-to-hold-merrick-garland-in-contempt-of-congress\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">failed<\/a> to censure him last week. That means Garland\u2019s DOJ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/01\/25\/politics\/peter-navarro-contempt-congress-sentence\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">has <em>jailed<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>former Trump staffers Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro for the same actions their boss has taken, so far prosecution-free.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Here is Merrick Garland telling reporters he doesn&#8217;t need to respond to Congressional subpoenas he decides are not legitimate <\/p>\n<p>He is currently throwing Steve Bannon behind bars for not responding to the J6 Committee subpoena <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/TkERrE4vhR\">pic.twitter.com\/TkERrE4vhR<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u2014 Jack Poso \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 (@JackPosobiec) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JackPosobiec\/status\/1798796776452899055?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 6, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The DOJ\u2019s prosecution of Trump staffers was undertaken as part of its Jan. 6, 2021, efforts, a massive portion of which the Supreme Court recently found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.declassified.live\/p\/supreme-court-overturns-dojs-use#media-35e2313e-55f8-438b-af51-9097c43d2263\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">illegally abused an obscure statute<\/a> to hunt and terrify Americans with pro-Trump political views. The DOJ will surely appeal today\u2019s dismissal of Smith\u2019s case against Trump, once again demonstrating this agency\u2019s leaders hate Trump and will do anything, including breaking the law and authorizing kill shots, to stop him.<\/p>\n<p>Garland also initially <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/1104576\/merrick-garland-doesnt-promise-to-protect-durham-investigation-or-release-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">refused<\/a> to commit to releasing the John Durham special counsel report that <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/17\/dont-miss-the-most-damning-durham-finding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">concluded<\/a> the Spygate operation to frame Trump as a traitor for Russia was fueled by corruption in FBI employees\u2019 \u201chearts and minds\u201d against equal justice and the rule of law.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t forget, either, the Biden DOJ\u2019s No. 3 official, Michael Colangelo, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/09\/house-judiciary-committee-releases-new-docs-showing-trump-conviction-as-political-hit-job\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">switching<\/a> to New York Attorney General Alvin Bragg\u2019s office to \u201cjump start\u201d the criminal prosecution against Trump that could see him jailed over business records after being prosecuted using an untested and nonsensical legal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vox.com\/politics\/2023\/4\/4\/23648390\/trump-indictment-supreme-court-stormy-daniels-manhattan-alvin-bragg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">theory<\/a>. Oh yes, and don\u2019t forget the DOJ <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/11\/a-pranksters-conviction-sends-a-message-anti-regime-speech-is-a-crime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sending people to jail<\/a> for pro-Trump internet memes.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who thinks this agency should have anything to do with investigating the attack on Trump\u2019s life quite simply hates Trump and wants him dead.<\/p>\n<h2>The FBI\u2019s Decade-Long Jihad Against Trump<\/h2>\n<p>The FBI has been deeply intertwined with DOJ and other spy agencies\u2019 decade \u2014 or more \u2014 of politicized corruption. As has been well established by years of investigative work by The Federalist, other outlets, and congressional investigations, the FBI worked hand-in-hand with other U.S. spy agencies to frame Trump as a Russian traitor. This election-interference operation prompted a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/historic-significance-of-georgia-senate-contests\/\" title=\"Historic Significance of Georgia Senate Contests\">special counsel investigation<\/a> that hamstrung Trump\u2019s governance and deceived millions of voters with a constant campaign of leaks and lies.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this operation, the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/09\/14\/the-fbi-paid-for-russian-disinformation-to-frame-trump-and-7-other-takeaways-from-durhams-latest-court-filing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FBI paid for Russian disinformation<\/a> to take down the elected U.S. president. Another special counsel investigation <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/15\/heres-everything-the-fbi-deliberately-ignored-to-get-trump-in-russian-collusion-hoax-according-to-durham\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">later found<\/a> agency bias was to blame for multiple FBI violations of law and policy to \u201cprevent Trump from becoming president.\u201d The bias that led to this federal effort to end democratic control of U.S. military and intelligence agencies has not only continued since, it\u2019s expanded.<\/p>\n<p>Whistleblowers recently revealed the FBI uses support for Trump as a litmus test to deny employment and security clearances. Obviously an agency that considers free speech and free association to be danger signs cannot be trusted either to defend the Constitution or to impartially seek truth related to the assassination attempt. Agency officials <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/14\/19-times-democrats-and-doj-deliberately-politicized-law-enforcement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">helped hide<\/a> the Hunter Biden laptop \u2014 and the Biden family corruption it confirmed \u2014 from voters in 2020 and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/30\/zuckerbergs-admission-of-fbi-meddling-in-2020-election-is-even-bigger-than-it-seems\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">helped get internet monopolies<\/a> to ban accurate reporting about it. The <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/11\/01\/follow-40000-from-communist-china-directly-to-joe-bidens-bank-account\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">evidence<\/a> on the laptop shows Joe Biden is compromised by foreign governments, a massive risk to U.S. national security.<\/p>\n<p>Thus the FBI not only put the nation at serious strategic risk, it also is an energetic part of the Internet Iron Curtain that hides other crucial facts and discussion from voters. This means it helps erase free and fair elections in the United States by controlling what the electorate learns about political candidates.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI has a long track record of bungling multiple politically sensitive investigations and allowing bias to destroy its investigations. It was the FBI that <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/09\/did-federal-agencies-plant-classified-documents-to-frame-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tampered with evidence<\/a> in the Mar-a-Lago raid on Trump. The FBI appears to have <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/GOBactual\/status\/1811818513352274083\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">entirely constructed<\/a> an alleged \u201cplot\u201d to \u201ckidnap\u201d Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. The FBI also <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/shidelerk\/status\/1812291415155622062\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">concluded <\/a>that a politically motivated 2017 shooting that could have killed several Republican members of Congress was not an assassination attempt but \u201csuicide by cop.\u201d Don\u2019t forget that the FBI has <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1809377894571077842\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">failed to prosecute<\/a> <em>any <\/em>Jeffrey Epstein clients.<\/p>\n<p>For a year now, the FBI has fought to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/06\/18\/judge-puts-freedom-of-press-on-trial-in-nashville-trans-shooter-manifesto-battle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">conceal<\/a> the manifesto of the transgender Christian school shooter in Tennessee. It was the FBI that <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/03\/01\/biden-regime-ratchets-up-its-authoritarianism-with-arrest-of-blaze-investigative-reporter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arrested<\/a> The Blaze reporter Steve Baker without informing him of the charges against him, a constitutional violation. And FBI memos show that its field offices have <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/18\/tim-kaine-its-ok-for-the-fbi-to-put-informants-in-churches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spied on Christians<\/a> absent any threat except apparently their religious beliefs about sex and marriage, a massive constitutional violation.<\/p>\n<p>As with the DOJ writ large, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/19\/think-the-fbi-deserves-the-benefit-of-the-doubt-this-laundry-list-of-corruption-should-make-you-think-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">many books<\/a> would be required to document just the last decade of obvious FBI incompetence and corruption. The FBI and DOJ <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/19\/think-the-fbi-deserves-the-benefit-of-the-doubt-this-laundry-list-of-corruption-should-make-you-think-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">use perjury traps<\/a> to punish Trump supporters, perhaps most notoriously against Michael Flynn. Its leaders constantly <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/19\/think-the-fbi-deserves-the-benefit-of-the-doubt-this-laundry-list-of-corruption-should-make-you-think-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lie to Congress<\/a>. Wray has personally dared them to exercise their constitutional authority over his corruption by <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/11\/17\/fbi-chief-wray-admits-ditching-hearing-for-vacay-on-bureau-jet\/\">ditching hearings<\/a> to fly to vacation on his taxpayer-sponsored jet.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/19\/think-the-fbi-deserves-the-benefit-of-the-doubt-this-laundry-list-of-corruption-should-make-you-think-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">covered up<\/a> Hillary Clinton\u2019s lawbreaking misuse of classified documents on a private server set up to enable her own corruption. It also <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/17\/6-freshly-documented-instances-of-systemic-pro-democrat-fbi-corruption\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">covered up<\/a> foreign funds transfers to Clinton while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2020\/10\/14\/politics\/trump-campaign-donation-investigation\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">investigating<\/a> foreign funds transfers to Trump. It still hasn\u2019t solved the Jan. 6, 2021, pipe bomb incident near Vice President Kamala Harris. Wray has refused to provide Congress information about the bureau\u2019s activities during the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot. Key FBI figures <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/17\/6-freshly-documented-instances-of-systemic-pro-democrat-fbi-corruption\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">refused<\/a> interviews with Durham, and the agency has ignored multiple congressional subpoenas. The FBI recently \u201cinvestigated\u201d U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/09\/26\/the-fbis-matt-gaetz-operation-sidelined-an-effective-republican-voice-at-a-crucial-time-that-was-the-point\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">for obviously political reasons<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s been no accountability for any of this. Until there is, there can be no trust that it\u2019s not continuing to metastasize. Absent a giant cleanout of these Augean stables, anyone who thinks agencies with this kind of track record can be trusted is part of their corruption or a complete fool.<\/p>\n<p>The former New York City Police Department <a href=\"https:\/\/justthenews.com\/politics-policy\/elections\/former-nypd-commissioner-calls-independent-commission-probe-assassination\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chief<\/a>, as well as multiple FBI whistleblowers and corruption watchdogs, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JMichaelWaller\/status\/1812320054467240232\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">have<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JMichaelWaller\/status\/1812320054467240232\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">called<\/a> for an <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MZHemingway\/status\/1812495527805620561\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">investigation<\/a> into the Trump assassination attempt independent of these federal entities that have developed the Third World-style police power to threaten Trump\u2019s life and jail his supporters.
