The \u200dWhite House has\u2064 increased security measures<\/a> following an attempted assassination<\/a> of former President Donald\u200b Trump. \u200bPennsylvania Avenue and Lafayette Park in Washington, D.C. were closed to\u200d visitors \u200dimmediately after the \u200dincident. As of Monday, public viewpoints for the White House, including the North Lawn\u200c and South Lawn, remain closed<\/a>. Lafayette Park is also closed to the public.\u2063 President Joe Biden’s \u200cvisit to Austin, Texas was postponed due to the incident. <\/p>\n
