The article emphasizes that the rising costs of essentials such as \u200cfood, electricity, shelter, transportation, and medical services will continue to impact voters leading up to\u2064 the presidential election in November.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Contrary to the corporate media cabal\u2019s desperate attempt to paint the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bls.gov\/news.release\/cpi.nr0.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Consumer Price Index <\/a>report for June 2024 as a sign that inflation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/live\/2024\/07\/11\/business\/cpi-inflation-fed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201ccooled\u201d<\/a> and will continue <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/business\/story\/2024-07-11\/inflation-cools-in-june-fueling-hopes-for-interest-rate-cuts-in-september\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201ccooling\u201d<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2024\/07\/11\/inflation-slows-rate-cuts-economy-00167533\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cslowing\u201d<\/a> the closer the nation gets to November\u2019s presidential election, Americans are still <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-to-sign-executive-order-cracking-down-on-big-tech-antitrust-issues\/\" title=\"Biden To Sign Executive Order Cracking Down On Big Tech, Antitrust Issues\">paying higher prices<\/a> on basic day-to-day goods and services than they did in the last four years.<\/p>\n<p>When the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics released its latest inflation index showing a 0.1 percent decrease in prices from May 2024 to June 2024, press outlets and the Democrat regime rushed to bill the data as a sign that inflation is <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/WhiteHouse\/status\/1811427769206657236\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cat its lowest level in more than three years.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The New York Times\u2019 Paul Krugman, whose partisan commentary on American families\u2019 financial straits is <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/04\/29\/middle-class-americans-dont-care-what-paul-krugmans-charts-say-about-inflation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">notoriously out of touch<\/a>,\u00a0claimed the CPI\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/labor-dept-report-record-4-3-million-workers-quit-their-jobs-in-august\/\" title=\"Labor Dept. Report: Record 4.3 Million Workers Quit Their Jobs In August\">report means<\/a> the record high prices that have plagued the nation are <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/paulkrugman\/status\/1811399496875622906\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cplummeting.\u201d<\/a> CNN also <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CNN\/status\/1811381869306343537\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">framed<\/a> the latest month-over-month data as \u201cGood news for US consumers\u201d because it indicated inflation \u201cfell for the first time since the early part of the pandemic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 0.1 percent decrease may be the first month-over-month negative recorded since 2020, but the propaganda press and the Biden administration\u2019s celebration of it is misleading. <\/p>\n<p>While prices from May 2024 to June 2024 technically fell for goods and services like gasoline (-3.8 percent), electricity (-0.7 percent), and new and used vehicles (-0.2 percent and -1.5 percent), Americans are still <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/01\/americans-hit-with-record-high-july-4-cookout-costs-thanks-to-bidens-rampant-inflation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">paying more than ever<\/a> for basic necessities like food, which saw a 0.2 percent increase. <\/p>\n<p>Conveniently omitted from headlines and press releases was also the fact that inflation from June 2023 to June 2024 grew 3 percent. Compared to June last year, fundamental items such as food (2.2 percent), electricity (4.4 percent), shelter (5.2 percent), transportation (9.4 percent), and medical services (3.3 percent) experienced measurable price jumps that will no doubt continue to affect voters\u2019 pockets. <\/p>\n<p>The media\u2019s umpteenth month of mishandling CPI data to protect what\u2019s left of the flailing Biden White House\u2019s reputation comes as no surprise.<\/p>\n<p>Ever since President Joe Biden took office, economic \u201cexperts\u201d and corporate media have done everything to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/12\/07\/yes-inflation-is-sort-of-your-fault\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blame Americans<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/02\/07\/washington-post-blames-grocery-stores-for-high-prices-to-cover-for-bidenflation-in-election-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">American companies<\/a> for\u00a0inflation that can be <a href=\"https:\/\/waysandmeans.house.gov\/poll-even-dems-blame-biden-for-soaring-inflation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">directly<\/a> traced to Democrats and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/01\/11\/media-downplay-yet-another-inflation-hike-to-cover-democrats-economic-incompetence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">their policies<\/a>. When polls showed voters are increasingly pessimistic about the U.S. economy, those same outlets wondered how they could be so <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/business\/economy\/americans-are-unusually-solid-economy-far-arent-spending-voting-rcna124188\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cunusually down on a solid economy.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The numbers, however, don\u2019t lie.
