Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/physical-activity-basics\/adding-adults\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Center for Disease Control<\/a> resource on adding physical activity as an adult to learn more about planning and tracking your activity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Set clear goals:<\/strong> Determine what you want to achieve through your increased physical activity.
