In a recent article from the Washington Examiner, it was reported that Virginia has \u200bbeen ranked\u200c the No. 1 state for business \u2064in \u20622024, marking the sixth time it has led the nation in this category.\u200d This accomplishment is the third win for the state in five years and the first under Governor Glenn Youngkin. \u2064The \u2064ranking by CNBC was\u200b based on 128 metrics in ten different\u200b categories, with infrastructure being given \u2064the \u200dmost weight. \u2062Virginia delivered the third-best infrastructure in the country, with Dominion\u2062 Energy planning to build the first small\u2063 modular nuclear reactor in the United States. The state also boasts a number of \u2063 certified sites<\/a> for\u200c businesses, ensuring that\u2062 infrastructure \u2062and\u200c utilities can be set\u200d up within 18 months.
