The report measures \u201cdiversity\u201d in 200 United States law schools and identifies \u201cexcess whiteness.\u201d&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The report is released on \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/racism.org\/2021-law-school-rankings?showall=1\"><span>racism.org<\/span><\/a><span>,\u201d a web page operated by Randall. The study quantifies the \u201cwhiteness\u201d of a school \u201cbased on its Total Whiteness score, Excess Whiteness over [Law School Admission Council] applicant pool, and Excess Whiteness over state population. The higher the score, the more inappropriately White the school.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Of the 200 schools, 21 schools had \u201cno excess whiteness.\u201d Among the 21 schools were Howard University, a historically black college, and three schools located in Puerto Rico.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>At one point in her analysis, Randall concluded that the \u201cnon-historically White schools\u201d were more likely to be \u201cless White\u201d than the \u201chistorically White law schools.\u201d&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Law schools, similar to undergraduate institutions, have become increasingly \u201cwoke\u201d as they prioritize issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion. For example, Georgetown Law School\u2019s Student Bar Association<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/georgetown-law-school-requests-students-include-their-gender-pronouns-in-social-media-zoom-bios\"><span>requested<\/span><\/a> <span>that all students put their preferred pronouns next to their names in their social media biographies, on Zoom, and in their email signatures. Students were asked to do so \u201cin solidarity and support\u201d of their transgender and \u201cnonbinary\u201d peers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Other law schools have institutionalized the \u201cdiversity and equity\u201d agenda into their curriculum. Stanford Law School<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/stanford-law-americas-public-education-system-produced-racial-hierarchy\"><span>launched<\/span><\/a> <span>a new research hub called the \u201cYouth Justice Lab\u201d focused on making the American public education system \u201canti-racist.\u201d The \u201cjustice lab\u201d is a three-unit course for students and a policy research center that called the American public school system an institution that \u201cperpetuate[s] anti-Black racism, white supremacy, and discrimination.\u201d&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The brave students who speak up against ideologies and institutions that condemn \u201cwhiteness\u201d as a sin are often dubbed \u201cracist\u201d by their classmates.
