Allen posted about a show he performed a few days after his alleged death.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Actress Patricia Richardson recently revealed that the show she co-starred in with Allen, \u201cHome Improvement,\u201d ended because the network would not increase her pay, which she expected, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/entertainment\/tv\/2024\/05\/26\/home-improvement-patricia-richardson-tim-allen-pay-gap\/73862064007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">USA Today<\/a>. The post\u2019s caption reads, \u201c2 hours ago. Actor and comedian Tim Allen.. died suddenly at the hospital been confirmed as..\u201d It cuts off at the end, except for the phrase \u201csee more\u201d along with a broken link<span> that shows a \u201c404 Not Found\u201d error message. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The claim lacks any evidence, however. Feel like a cheese steak, no one does them like Philly,\u201d reads one <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ofctimallen\/status\/1807125170085114010\"><span>post<\/span><\/a><span>. The other <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ofctimallen\/status\/1807182087562125774\"><span>post<\/span><\/a><span>  shows an image of the venue with the caption \u201cDoors open. Kick ass space.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The post\u2019s image of the purported wreck actually stems from a video from a television station located in Denver, Colorado\u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Kf69bmuxNyc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">9News<\/a>\u2014and documents a car crash that occurred in August 2021 in Colorado. \u201cTwo people, one of them a child, were killed in the crash, according to Colorado State Patrol,\u201d the description reads.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Facebook post claiming that actor and comedian Tim Allen died in a car accident on June 24, 2024 is false.
