White House staff and Democratic officials are reportedly propping him up and creating a protective bubble around him. This information, however, has been known for years, with photographs of Biden being directed during events and using note cards for basic actions circulating as early as 2022. Despite this, the revelation is now being treated as breaking news, with calls for Biden to demonstrate his capability to run the campaign.
