He was believed to be in the <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.ph\/lQbEc#selection-267.9-267.39\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">process of seeking asylum via Biden\u2019s relaxed standards<\/a> at the time of the alleged murder.<\/p>\n<h2>May 2024 Rape Of 15-Year-Old New York Girl<\/h2>\n<p>Twenty-one-year-old Sakir Akkan, a Turkey native who was caught and released into the U.S. after illegally crossing the California border in November 2023, was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timesunion.com\/news\/article\/albany-police-not-notify-public-girl-s-abduction-19538592.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arrested in June<\/a> after he allegedly abducted a 15-year-old girl into his vehicle and raped her on May 14, 2024. At the time, Akkan was actively seeking asylum status which would shield him from deportation. <\/p>\n<p>Albany, New York, law enforcement seemingly hid news of the rape and the accused\u2019s illegal crossing criminal history from the public.<\/p>\n<h2>March 2024 Murder Of 10-Year-Old Texan<\/h2>\n<p>Rogelio Ortiz Olivas, a 50-year-old Mexico native who re-crossed Biden\u2019s open border after facing deportation at least five times previously, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/03\/28\/mom-of-boy-killed-by-illegal-border-crosser-speaks-out-his-life-was-taken-way-too-early-by-someone-who-shouldnt-be-here\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plowed over 10-year-old Midland, Texas, resident Alex Wise Jr.<\/a>, effectively killing him as he walked home from school.<\/p>\n<p>Ortiz Olivas was not only <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.co.midland.tx.us\/apps\/inmates\/list\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">intoxicated at the time of the crash<\/a>, but fled the scene without administering aid. During the standoff, the 32-year-old terror watch list member \u201cbecame \u2018extremely combative\u2019 and attempted to disarm a deputy of their firearm.\u201d <\/p>\n<h2>February 2024 Shooting By Illegal Teen<\/h2>\n<p>A teenage illegal border crosser was arrested in February after opening fire in Times Square, striking a tourist in the leg. Jesus Alejandro Rivas-Figueroa, the 15-year-old who illegally entered the U.S. in September 2023, began shooting at officers after he was stopped by a security guard for shoplifting. <\/p>\n<p>At the time, Rivas-Figueroa was residing in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2024\/02\/12\/sanctuary-city-nyc-illegal-alien-charged-with-attempted-murder-for-shooting-woman-in-times-square\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taxpayer-funded migrant shelter <\/a>in Manhattan. He was also believed to be one of the suspects in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-13067587\/Venezuelan-migrant-cries-arrested-Times-Square-shooting-JD-Sports-New-York-City.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">January armed robbery and another Manhattan shooting<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>February 2024 Rape Of Louisiana Teen, Stabbing<\/h2>\n<p>Angel Matias Castellanos-Orellana, a 19-year-old Honduran who illegally entered the U.S. in Eagle Pass, Texas, in October 2023, was arrested in February after he allegedly went on a month-long criminal rampage in the Pelican State.<\/p>\n<p>Louisiana law enforcement claim he raped and assaulted a 14-year-old girl, committed armed robbery, and stabbed at least one person <a href=\"https:\/\/fox28savannah.com\/news\/nation-world\/louisiana-police-arrest-illegal-immigrant-on-armed-robbery-juvenile-rape-charges-angel-matias-castellanos-orellana-kenner-border-crisis-mexico-immigration-migrant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">within a 25-day span<\/a>. Castellanos-Orellana was only caught after officers determined he previously avoided arrest using the alternative identity \u201cElven Locket.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>February 2024 Murder Of  Laken Riley<\/h2>\n<p>Jose Ibarra, a 26-year-old Venezuelan who illegally made his way into the U.S. in 2022, allegedly assaulted, kidnapped, imprisoned, and murdered 22-year-old University of Georgia nursing student Laken Hope Riley in February 2024. <\/p>\n<p>Ibarra had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsbtv.com\/news\/local\/clarke-county\/jose-diego-ibarra-court-documents-reveal-immigration-criminal-past-united-states\/SPXOP242MNF3NPCCRCCB4DZSQU\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">several run-ins with American law enforcement<\/a> after illegally crossing the border, including one for \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsbtv.com\/news\/local\/clarke-county\/jose-diego-ibarra-court-documents-reveal-immigration-criminal-past-united-states\/SPXOP242MNF3NPCCRCCB4DZSQU\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reckless endangerment of a child and acting in a manner injurious to a child.<\/a>\u201d He was not, however, jailed and deported. Instead, corporate media covered up his alleged crimes and foreign background by referring to him as an <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/02\/26\/corporate-media-cover-for-bidens-border-invasion-by-pretending-laken-riley-murder-suspect-wasnt-an-illegal-crosser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cAthens, Georgia man.\u201d <\/a><\/p>\n<h2>January 2024 Sexual Abuse Of Virginia Teen<\/h2>\n<p>Renzo Mendoza Montes was arrested in February 2024 for <a href=\"https:\/\/cbsaustin.com\/news\/nation-world\/man-who-crossed-border-illegally-arrested-for-sex-crimes-against-14-year-old-girl-sheriff-whit-clark-campbell-county-virginia-border-crisis-illegal-immigrant-venezuela\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">allegedly sexually abusing<\/a> a Virginia teenager the month before. The 32-year-old Venezuelan alien <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2024\/feb\/28\/renzo-josue-mendoza-montes-accused-abuses-teen-gir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tried multiple times <\/a>to illegally enter the U.S. and was eventually admitted to the country by border patrol in September 2023 on the simple promise to show up for a 2025 court date.<\/p>\n<h2>September 2023 Rape, Assault Of Disabled Person<\/h2>\n<p>Pierre Lucard Emile was arrested in January 2024 after he was accused of raping, assaulting, and committing battery against a developmentally disabled person in September 2023. The 31-year-old Haitian, who illegally entered the country via the Texas border in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ice.gov\/news\/releases\/ero-boston-arrests-haitian-citizen-charged-rape-indecent-assault\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">December 2022<\/a> despite being deemed inadmissible, first faced arrest for his alleged crimes in September but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston25news.com\/news\/local\/immigration-officials-detain-man-arrested-boston-alleged-rape-disabled-person\/DW427F6KHBFYRJDPKTRN546DL4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">was ultimately released back into the public by the county\u2019s criminal court.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>August 2023 Manslaughter Of 11-Year-Old Ohioan<\/h2>\n<p>Hermanio Joseph was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springfieldnewssun.com\/news\/guilty-verdicts-reached-in-trial-of-minivan-driver-accused-in-fatal-school-bus-crash\/EGZUKHYWBNEPXGCUXRKU2TRRXI\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">convicted<\/a> in May 2024 of first-degree felony involuntary manslaughter and fourth-degree felony vehicular homicide charges after he allegedly struck an Ohio school bus in August 2022, killing 11-year-old Aiden Clark. The Haitian was initially caught illegally crossing the U.S. border in August 2022 but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2023\/08\/28\/illegal-alien-freed-southern-border-charged-killing-11-year-old-aiden-clark\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ultimately released<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>August 2023 Crash Into Virginia Cop<\/h2>\n<p>Yacarely Diaz-Castro was arrested in August 2023 for a drunk driving crash which resulted in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2023\/08\/27\/report-bidens-parole-pipeline-welcomed-illegal-alien-now-accused-fracturing-police-officers-skull\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">skull fracture and a C6 vertebrae fracture<\/a> of a Virginia police officer. The 30-year-old <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/democrats-urge-americans-to-stay-home-in-january-knowing-no-one-would-show-up-for-a-stolen-inauguration\/\" title=\"Democrats Urge Americans to Stay Home in January Knowing No One Would Show Up for a Stolen Inauguration\">illegal alien<\/a> from Nicaragua told law enforcement that she had resided in the U.S. for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.13newsnow.com\/article\/news\/local\/mycity\/chesapeake\/chesapeake-police-officer-skull-fracture-dui-crash-traffic-stop\/291-e7742b2f-8286-4e9a-823d-5e675516ab59\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">roughly seven months<\/a> by the time of the injurious incident. <\/p>\n<h2>August 2023 Rape, Murder Of Texas Child<\/h2>\n<p>Illegal alien Juan Carlos Garcia-Rodriguez allegedly assaulted and murdered 11-year-old Maria Gonzalez at her Pasadena, Texas residence. The 18-year-old Guatemalan illegally entered the U.S. in early 2023. He was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox26houston.com\/news\/pasadena-crime-bail-denied-for-juan-carlos-garcia-rodriguez-in-death-of-maria-gonzalez\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">believed<\/a> to be \u201cwaiting for a court date, but was allowed to stay in the U.S. through a sponsor in Louisiana.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>June 2023 Crime Spree In NYC<\/h2>\n<p>One day after Daniel Hernandez Martinez arrived in New York City in June 2023, the 29-year-old Venezuelan initiated a crime spree that would result in six arrests and releases for 14 criminal charges. The illegal alien allegedly <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/09\/02\/newly-arrived-immigrant-arrested-7-times-court-records-show\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">committed a wide range of crimes<\/a> including larceny, charging an officer with a knife, menacing, assault, criminal mischief, weapon possession, and several violent attacks, including one in which he \u201cgrabbed a stranger by the hair, dragged her across the floor and kicked her.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>June 2023 Kidnapping, Assault Of Florida Woman<\/h2>\n<p>Illegal alien Julio Velazquez, 24, was arrested in June 2023 after allegedly kidnapping and assaulting a woman who mistook him for a cab driver. The victim managed to escape but was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news-press.com\/story\/news\/crime\/2023\/06\/12\/man-held-on-1m-bond-after-kidnapping-sexually-assaulting-woman\/70312592007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cviolently battered and bruised\u201d<\/a> from trying to defend herself against the rape. <\/p>\n<p>Velazquez was first detained at the Texas border but was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news-press.com\/story\/news\/crime\/2023\/06\/12\/man-held-on-1m-bond-after-kidnapping-sexually-assaulting-woman\/70312592007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">released into the U.S. with a court date.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>May 2023 Rape Of Alabama Teen<\/h2>\n<p>Illegal border crosser Grevi Geovani Rivera Zavala was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.al.com\/news\/2024\/04\/man-gets-10-years-in-prison-for-raping-teen-in-prattville-restaurant-bathroom.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">convicted in April 2024 <\/a>of raping an Alabama girl in a restaurant bathroom in May 2023.
