As Axios noted, Chief Justice John Roberts, writing for the majority, said on Monday that presidents have \u201cabsolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority.\u201d  Are you voting for Trump?     Roberts added that in the case of Trump, the presumptive 2024 Republican nominee had \u201cpresumptive immunity\u201d for numerous official acts and \u201cno immunity for unofficial acts.\u201d Writing for the minority, Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor commented, \u201cLet the President violate the law, let him exploit the trappings of his office for personal gain, let him use his official power for evil ends \u2026 That is the majority\u2019s message today.\u201d  Sotomayor continued, \u201cThe relationship between the President and the people he serves has shifted irrevocably.
