The stiff to the females she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/lifestyle\/2022\/05\/16\/ketanji-brown-jackson-interview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claims to represent<\/a> came in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/opinions\/23pdf\/23-726_6jgm.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">her concurring opinion<\/a> in <em>Moyle v. United States<\/em>, released on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson joined Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan in deciding to punt a ruling on the Biden administration\u2019s attempt to twist the 1986 Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA) to advance its abortion extremism in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/idaho-governor-signs-bill-banning-abortions-after-fetal-heartbeat-can-be-detected\/\" title=\"Idaho Governor Signs Bill Banning Abortions After Fetal Heartbeat Can Be Detected\">pro-life states<\/a>. She also penned her own concurring opinion claiming that Idaho\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/idahofamily.org\/new-poll-results-idaho-voters-on-abortion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">popular<\/a> lifesaving law specifically posed a threat to women. Yet she refused to write the word \u201cwomen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Throughout her eight-page opinion, Jackson reduced those most impacted by Idaho\u2019s law and the regime\u2019s EMTALA expansion to \u201cpregnant patients\u201d instead of using the biologically accurate label used to describe the unique humans intrinsically designed to conceive and birth children.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday\u2019s decision is not a victory for pregnant patients in Idaho. It is delay. While this Court dawdles and the country waits, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/scotus-punts-to-leftist-court-on-biden-abortion-expansion\/\" title=\"SCOTUS Punts To Leftist Court On Biden Abortion Expansion\">pregnant people experiencing emergency medical conditions remain<\/a> in a precarious position, as their doctors are kept in the dark about what the law requires,\u201d Jackson wrote. <\/p>\n<p>Jackson didn\u2019t simply do a disservice to women by claiming that Idaho\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/scotus-to-hear-appeal-over-ky-abortion-law\/\" title=\"SCOTUS to hear appeal over Ky. abortion law\">pro-life law<\/a>, which has saved <a href=\"https:\/\/lozierinstitute.org\/abortion-reporting-idaho-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hundreds of lives<\/a>, caused a \u201cmonths-long catastrophe.\u201d She also snubbed them when she lied about the kind of care they and their unborn children are entitled to receive in red states with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/americans-remember-the-48th-annual-march-for-life\/\" title=\"Americans remember the 48th annual March for Life\">pro-life protections<\/a> during any pregnancy-related emergency. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis Court had a chance to bring clarity and certainty to this tragic situation, and we have squandered it. And for as long as we refuse to declare what the law requires, pregnant patients in Idaho, Texas, and elsewhere will be paying the price,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson amplified the Biden regime\u2019s talking point that complications like preeclampsia, preterm premature rupture of the membranes, sepsis, and placental abruption mean women must choose either to preserve themselves or to preserve their unborn children.<\/p>\n<p>In reality, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news\/item\/19-09-2019-more-women-and-children-survive-today-than-ever-before-un-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plenty of women and babies<\/a> have bypassed that false binary and survived pregnancy complications with proper medical intervention that prioritizes saving both lives.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson was confirmed to U.S. Supreme Court in 2022 even though she refused to define what a woman is because <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/23\/judge-nominated-to-supreme-court-on-the-basis-of-her-sex-cant-define-woman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">she is \u201cnot a biologist.\u201d<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Since joining the high bench, the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/18\/yes-the-senate-should-investigate-ketanji-brown-jacksons-leniency-towards-sex-predators\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">soft-on-perverts<\/a> justice has used feigned ignorance and the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/10\/25\/why-medias-precision-defense-on-the-beheaded-babies-story-is-bunk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">revisionist leftist activism<\/a> present in her \u201cpatients\u201d-for-\u201cwomen\u201d language swap in her rulings and reasonings.<\/p>\n<p>In June 2023, the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/22\/nobody-implied-ketanji-brown-jackson-was-nominated-because-of-her-race-biden-stated-it-proudly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">affirmative action hire<\/a> argued in favor of <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/29\/ketanji-brown-jacksons-dissent-is-an-argument-for-institutional-racism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">institutional racism<\/a>.
