The launch occurred \u2063on Thursday morning, \u2064ahead of the debate scheduled for \u200dThursday night \u2063at 9 p.m. ET on CNN. The website aims to hold Joe Biden accountable for his statements during the debate.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_79\">\n<p>Ahead of Thursday\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/debates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>debate<\/a> between President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/joe-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Joe Biden<\/a> and former President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/donald-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Donald Trump<\/a>, Trump\u2019s campaign has launched a new website to \u201cfact check\u201d Biden along the way. <\/p>\n<p>Thursday morning, Trump\u2019s team launched <a href=\"http:\/\/factcheckbiden.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>factcheckbiden.com<\/a> to give real time updates and fact checks if Biden is caught lying. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3058806\/seven-issues-watch-first-trump-biden-debate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>presidential debate <\/a>will take place Thursday night at 9 p.m. ET, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3054639\/how-to-watch-trump-biden-2024-presidential-debate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>on CNN<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBiden has been doing political debates for 50 years, having taken part in at least 40 debates since 1972,\u201d the website reads. \u201cHis performances are often filled with lies \u2013 about himself, about statistics, about his record, and about events that never took place.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are holding Joe Biden accountable,\u201d the website continues. <\/p>\n<p>There are multiple articles currently up that \u201cfact check\u201d various statements from Biden about his upbringing, his time in the Senate and as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Vice-President\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Vice President<\/a>, and some of his current policy as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/President\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>President<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>During the 2020 debates between the two men, it was largely Trump at the time who was being fact checked. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe had an avalanche of lying from President Trump,\u201d CNN reporter Daniel Dale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vox.com\/2020\/9\/30\/21495151\/presidential-debate-trump-cnn-fact-check-daniel-dale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>said<\/a> at the time. \u201c[Former Vice President Joe] Biden, conversely, made at least a couple false or misleading claims.
