Ten people were in the car when it fell, Medell\u00edn Mayor Federico Guti\u00e9rrez said on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/gavin-newsom-celebrates-california-economy-twitter-gets-fact-checked-immediately\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">social media platform X<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI deeply regret the death of John Jairo Londo\u00f1o Arango due to this morning\u2019s accident on the Metrocable,\u201d the mayor wrote in his Spanish-language post.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Metrocable in the northeastern area (Line K) of metro de Medell\u00edn will be suspended until the causes of this tragedy are clearly identified,\u201d he continued, \u201cthe pertinent corrective measures are taken and the safety of the users of the system is guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Metro company does all the evaluations.
