The opinion indicated that the court would reinstate a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/virginia-supreme-court-backs-teacher-ousted-for-rejecting-trans-policies\/\" title=\"Virginia Supreme Court Backs Teacher Ousted for Rejecting Trans Policies\">lower court&#8217;<\/a>s decision which allows abortions under these conditions primarily to safeguard the \u200blife of the mother.\u200b Though the opinion\u200b was briefly visible on the Supreme Court&#8217;s website, it was subsequently removed. This occurred amidst the release of other unrelated opinions by the\u200b court, with further opinions expected in the following days.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_79\">\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/supreme-court\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Supreme Court\">Supreme Court<\/a> is reportedly set to allow for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/abortion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Supreme Court\">abortions<\/a> in emergency instances in Idaho, after an opinion was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-posts-then-removes-racketeering-other-charges-against-trump\/\" title=\"Georgia initially filed racketeering and other charges against Trump, but later retracted them.\">briefly posted online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Bloomberg<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2024-06-26\/us-supreme-court-poised-to-allow-emergency-abortions-in-idaho\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"reports\">reports<\/a> that a copy of the opinion was briefly available on the court\u2019s website on Wednesday, and the majority ruled in favor of reinstating a lower court ruling allowing abortions in emergency cases to protect the life of the mother.<\/p>\n<p>The opinion is no longer posted on the Supreme Court\u2019s website.
