The \u200deditor urges readers to financially support the platform to ensure continued journalism against alleged suppression by \u2064<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-new-acting-attorney-general-jeff-rosen-recently-wrote-an-essay-on-foreign-influence-in-us-elections-this-tells-us-a-little-about-his-knowledge-of-whats-going-on-today\/\" title=\"The New Acting Attorney General Jeff Rosen Recently Wrote an Essay on Foreign Influence in US Elections \u2013 This Tells Us A Little About His Knowledge of What\u2019s Going On Today\">big tech companies<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<header> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/news\/\">  News <\/a>   <span> <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/author\/russdavis\/\">  <\/a> <\/p>\n<p> <span>   By <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/author\/russdavis\/%20\"><span>Jack Davis<\/span><\/a> <\/span> <span>   June 22, 2024 at 1:32pm <\/span> <\/span>  <\/header>\n<section>\n<p>The more opponents he faces, the bigger former President Donald Trump\u2019s margin over President Joe Biden becomes.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s the bottom line of a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/politics\/immigration_index\/immigration_index_jun21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rasmussen Reports poll<\/a> that says if likely voters are as enthusiastic when it is time to vote as they were June 20 when the poll was taken, Trump could hit landslide territory with a double-digit victory over Biden.<\/p>\n<p>The last president to have a double-digit margin over his opponent was former President Ronald Reagan in 1984, when he had an 18.2 percent edge over Democrat Walter Mondale in the popular vote, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.presidency.ucsb.edu\/statistics\/data\/presidential-election-mandates\">American Presidency Project<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Rasmussen poll said in a two-man race, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-endorses-posting-ten-commandments-classrooms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a> would beat Biden 49 percent to 40 percent.<\/p>\n<p>When Green Party candidate Jill Stein and independents Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Cornell West were added, Trump had a 10-point lead over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/biden-plummets-64-voters-union-households\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Biden<\/a>, 46 percent to 36 percent.<\/p>\n<p>The poll had a margin of error of three percentage points.<\/p>\n<p>Although a recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/official-polls\/fox-news-poll-three-point-shift-biden-trump-matchup-since-may\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a> poll of registered voters gave Biden a two-point margin, the poll also noted that when it came time for voters who were \u201cextremely\u201d motivated to show their preference, Trump had a three-point lead.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, Trump appeared at the Faith &#038; Freedom Coalition\u2019s annual Road to Majority conference and urged attendees to vote, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/donald-trump\/trump-address-conservative-christian-group-supports-national-abortion-rcna158414\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NBC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe evangelicals and the Christians, they don\u2019t vote as much as they should. I don\u2019t know if you know that,\u201d Trump said,<\/p>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-container\">\n<p>Will Trump\u2019s lead widen as November approaches?<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u201cYou know they go to church every Sunday, but they don\u2019t vote, and we have to make sure they vote just this time, because all you have to do is this time,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou don\u2019t have to vote in four years, but you have to vote this time,\u201d he said, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/trump-delivers-keynote-address-faith-freedom-coalitions-2024-road-majority-conference\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But Trump grew serious when speaking of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/op-ed-covid-taught-christians-important-lesson-authority\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">oppression<\/a> that targeted Christians during the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNever again will the federal government be used to target Americans of faith,\u201d Trump said.<\/p>\n<p>Referencing the court cases against him, Trump noted, \u201cThey want to take away my freedom because I will never let them take away your freedom.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Attendees applauded when Trump promised the \u201clargest deportation operation in American history\u201d would begin the day he takes office.<\/p>\n<p class>Trump called Biden \u201ccrooked,\u201d a \u201cMarxist,\u201d \u201cincompetent\u201d and \u201ca threat to democracy,\u201d according to NBC.<\/p>\n<p class>\u201cWe need Christian voters to turn out and the largest numbers ever to tell crooked Joe Biden, \u2018You\u2019re fired. You\u2019re fired, Joe.
