Bloomberg contributed \u200d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fed-found-economy-is-recovering-much-faster-than-officials-expected\/\" title=\"Fed Found Economy Is Recovering Much Faster Than Officials Expected\">roughly half<\/a> of \u200cthe $39.5 million raised by the super PAC in May. Additional substantial funds came from the Soros-backed Democracy PAC\u2064 and\u200b late\u2064 investor James Simons. Meanwhile, the upcoming election, involving\u2064 both\u200d Biden\u200b and former President Donald Trump, is expected to\u2062 become the most expensive in history, with both campaigns \u2062aggressively raising funds.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>The main <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/super-pacs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">super PAC<\/a> supporting President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/joe-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Joe Biden\">Joe Biden<\/a>\u2018s 2024 reelection campaign was cut large checks recently from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/michael-bloomberg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Michael Bloomberg<\/a>, a group bankrolled by George Soros, and other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/group-targeting-conservative-supreme-court-justices-propped-up-by-left-wing-megadonors\/\" title=\"Left-wing megadonors supporting group that targets conservative Supreme Court justices.\">left-wing megadonors<\/a>, new records show.<\/p>\n<p>Future Forward, which can raise and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/lincoln-project-falling-apart-amid-sexual-harassment-scandal-alleged-mismanagement-of-funds\/\" title=\"Lincoln Project falling apart amid sexual harassment scandal, alleged mismanagement of funds\">spend unlimited sums<\/a> to support Biden through advertising, hauled in $39.5 million in May, with roughly half of the money, $19 million, coming from ex-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/new-york-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">New York City<\/a> Mayor Michael Bloomberg. The super PAC also received $5 million from the Soros-backed Democracy PAC and $6.6 million from James Simons, an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/investment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">investor<\/a> who died one week after his donation, among other cash transfers, according to Federal Election Commission filings.<\/p>\n<p>The haul comes one month after a <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> report on a mysterious and newly formed group linked to Democratic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/house\/2913244\/marc-elias-tied-group-federal-law-democratic-candidates-watchdog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">superlawyer Marc Elias<\/a> funneling more than $2 million to Future Forward in April. But Future Forward, which has an affiliated nonprofit organization routing cash to the super PAC\u2019s coffers, is also facing scrutiny from Democratic activists \u2014 some of whom <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/campaign\/4730501-democrats-criticize-future-forward-outreach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">say<\/a> it is sitting on a large war chest but has <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/campaign\/4671318-future-forward-super-pac-raises-eyebrows-in-biden-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">taken<\/a> limited steps to promote Biden\u2019s agenda and platform.<\/p>\n<p>Future Forward is raising at least $10 million to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/saradorn\/2024\/06\/20\/billionaire-biden-supporters-launch-10-million-effort-to-combat-unflattering-videos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">launch<\/a> a social media campaign to push back against Republicans who have sought to highlight certain moments in which the president appears confused or awkward in public, according to a Thursday <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/us\/biden-allies-raising-10-million-challenge-trump-social-media-machine-2024-06-20\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">report<\/a>. While Future Forward plots out how it will dish out the tens of millions of dollars it has on hand, the campaigns for Biden and former President Donald Trump aim to keep building out their own war chests ahead of what is expected to be the most expensive election in history.<\/p>\n<p>But as the <em>New York Times<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/06\/20\/us\/politics\/trump-fundraising-biden-election.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">reported<\/a> Thursday, Trump is rapidly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3054554\/trumps-money-surge-top-requirement-vp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">outraising<\/a> Biden after his felony conviction.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNormal Americans who don\u2019t eat, sleep, or eat politics look at what\u2019s happening with this trial in New York and the sham conviction, and they\u2019re terrified for their country,\u201d Alex Bruesewitz, a Trump ally and  Republican political consultant, told the <em>Washington Examiner<\/em>. \u201cThey don\u2019t want this type of political system in our country. They want to protect our way of life and how we do things around here.
