According to the \u2064Department of Homeland Security, under\u200d this administration, approximately\u2062 2 million illegal immigrants have been quickly processed \u2064through a system that was meant to evaluate on\u200b a \u201ccase-by-case\u201d basis. This has raised concerns about the proper handling of immigration laws and the\u2064 widespread use of parole, which\u200b permits\u2062 recipients to obtain Social Security numbers and worker permits. This rate\u2062 translates to one\u200d immigrant being paroled every 28 seconds in the first nine months of Fiscal Year 2023 alone, totaling around 870,000 paroled individuals. \u200dSuch findings suggest a\u200b deviation from the\u2064 intended restrictive use of \u2063parole,\u200b as stipulated by Congress, prompting critiques\u2064 of\u2064 policy implementation by the current government.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/premium\/3052049\/biden-keeps-bungling-the-border-what-sounds-good-in-washington-looks-much-worse-in-texas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Biden administration<\/a> has let 2 million illegal immigrants speed through a system that is supposed to limit entry into the United States on a \u201ccase-by-case\u201d basis, according to data from the Department of Homeland Security.<\/p>\n<p>The so-called parole system, which offers Social Security numbers and worker permits, has spun through one illegal immigrant \u201croughly every 28 seconds,\u201d according to an analysis of the new data conducted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/cis.org\/Arthur\/Biden-Has-Paroled-Two-MillionPlus-Inadmissible-Aliens\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Center for Immigration Studies<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the first nine months of FY 2023, DHS paroled in nearly 870,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-lets-2-million-illegal-immigrants-skip-through-case-by-case-turnstile-washington-examiner-2\/\" title=\"Biden allows 2 million illegal immigrants to bypass through 'case-by-case' turnstile - Washington Examiner\">000 facially inadmissible aliens<\/a> with no legal right to be here \u2014 one roughly every 28 seconds. That brings total Biden paroles to about two million, all under a restrictive authority Congress decreed be used only on a \u2018case-by-case basis,\u2019\u201d said Andrew Arthur, a former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-forbids-immigration-judges-from-using-the-term-alien\/\" title=\"Biden Forbids Immigration Judges From Using the Term \u2018Alien\u2019\">federal immigration judge<\/a> now with CIS.<\/p>\n<p>The new data were in a just-released December <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/2024-01\/2023_1204_dmo_plcy_parole_requests_q2_and_q3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">report<\/a> on parole requests by migrants. Parole is granted to \u201cinadmissible\u201d individuals by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. According to the report, \u201cParole allows a noncitizen who may be inadmissible, to enter, re-enter, or remain in the United States for a temporary period and for a specific purpose.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The numbers reviewed by Arthur, however, show wholesale parole being granted to wide swaths of illegal immigrants and further feed concerns that the Biden administration is ignoring immigration laws to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3051242\/rachel-morins-family-says-senseless-death-would-not-have-happened-under-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">let in millions of migrants<\/a> despite overwhelming opposition by U.S. citizens.<\/p>\n<p>Since the report was pulled together, thousands more have passed in through the system. Immigration officials, for example, said last month, \u201cThrough the end of April 2024, 434,800 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans arrived lawfully on commercial flights and were granted parole.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Parole is supposed to be a tight system according to congressional rules, but the administration has ignored that to let <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/president-trump-biden-is-destroying-the-country-and-putting-americans-in-danger\/\" title=\"President Trump: Biden is destroying the country and putting Americans in danger\">illegal immigrants pour<\/a> in, the former immigration judge said.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/washington-secrets\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SEE THE LATEST POLITICAL NEWS AND BUZZ FROM WASHINGTON SECRETS<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s more, in many cases, the parolees do not face the types of hardship back home that the pathway was designed for, he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cParolees are flying in \u2026 from 77 different nations, including countries as diverse as Fiji and Iceland, Australia and Egypt, for benefits under the program.
