This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fact-check-was-hunter-biden-arrested-by-the-military\/\" title=\"FACT CHECK: Was Hunter Biden Arrested By The Military?\">claim originated<\/a> from \u2063an article on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fact-check-was-a-man-who-self-identifies-as-a-deer-accidentally-shot-by-hunters\/\" title=\"FACT CHECK: Was A Man Who \u2018Self-Identifies As A Deer\u2019 Accidentally Shot By Hunters?\">satirical website<\/a> &#8220;Real Raw News&#8221; and has no basis in fact. The article, part of the website&#8217;s \u2062satirical content, falsely stated that these \u200djustices were executed for\u200d treason at Guantanamo Bay. The U.S.\u2063 Navy JAG \u2064Corps has refuted\u200b these claims, confirming that the story was entirely fabricated. Furthermore,\u200b the\u2064 site that published the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/macarthur-the-end-of-frivolous-religion\/\" title=\"MacArthur: The End of Frivolous Religion?\">claim includes<\/a> a Disclaimer noting that \u200dits content includes satire and should not be taken literally. Fact-checking organizations \u2063have repeatedly debunked similar false stories from the same website.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"ob-read-more-selector\">\n<p>An image <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/wolfe.michaels\/posts\/pfbid0jQ8jDgWtGCrMPQ5De5aj9JWpMJhHs81dHxADB97D37Kf9RWfYcMEVXsPCVLdD2bAl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shared on Facebook<\/a> claims four Colorado Supreme Court justices were hanged for voting to remove 2024 presumptive Republican nominee and former President Donald Trump from the state\u2019s primary ballot.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Verdict: False<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The claim stems from a June 13 article published on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/elon-musk-trolls-the-onion-by-promoting-the-babylon-bee\/\" title=\"Elon Musk Trolls The Onion By Promoting The Babylon Bee\">satirical site<\/a>, \u201cReal Raw News.\u201d A spokesperson for the U.S. Navy JAG Corps denied the claim\u2019s validity in an email to Check Your Fact.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In December 2023, the Colorado Supreme Court voted to remove Trump from the state\u2019s 2024 primary ballot, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/trump-insurrection-14th-amendment-2024-colorado-d16dd8f354eeaf450558378c65fd79a2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Associated Press<\/a>. In March 2024, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the Colorado Supreme Court\u2019s decision, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/trump-wins-colorado-ballot-disqualification-case-us-supreme-court-2024-03-04\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reuters<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>The Facebook image claims the U.S. Navy JAG Corps purportedly hanged the four Colorado Supreme Court justices who voted to remove Trump\u2019s name from the state\u2019s 2024 primary ballot. \u201cJAG Serial Hangs Four Criminal Colorado SCJs,\u201d the headline reads.<\/p>\n<p>The claim is false and stems from a <a href=\"https:\/\/realrawnews.com\/2024\/06\/jag-serial-hangs-four-criminal-colorado-scjs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">June 13 article<\/a> published on the satire site, \u201cReal Raw News.\u201d A \u201cDisclaimer\u201d included on the site\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/realrawnews.com\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">About Us<\/a>\u201d page indicates its content is not meant to be taken literally. \u201cInformation on this website is for informational and educational and entertainment purposes. This website contains humor, parody, and satire. We have included this Disclaimer for our protection, on the advice [of] legal counsel,\u201d the Disclaimer reads.<\/p>\n<p>According to the June 13 article, a panel of military officers found the four justices, Richard L. Gabriel; Melissa Hart; Monica Marquez; and William W. Hood guilty of treason.
