He revealed that in the past, he set a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/openai-allows-chatgpt-to-talk-to-users-accept-voice-prompts-and-interpret-images\/\" title=\"OpenAI enables ChatGPT to communicate with users, accept voice inputs, and understand images.\">usage limit<\/a> for himself but found it challenging\u2062 to stick to it, highlighting his\u200d complicated relationship \u200bwith technology. Harrelson was talking about issues with cell phones in a conversation with actress Kristin Bell. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cAnd let me explain something about Woody,\u201d Danson said. \u201cHe doesn\u2019t have a phone. He\u2019s one of those bullies in life that make other people carry his phone for him.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Harrelson replied that while the statement was \u201cnot exactly true,\u201d he did have a complicated relationship with the technology after observing certain habits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWell, I just don\u2019t like to have, you know, to be readily available to any human being at any time,\u201d Harrelson said. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bell agreed, saying, \u201cI hear that. It doesn\u2019t <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-covid-19-flip-flops-a-timeline\/\" title=\"Biden\u2019s COVID-19 Flip-Flops: A Timeline\">feel good<\/a>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThat\u2019s not the reason,\u201d Harrelson corrected. \u201cI like to be in touch with people in a way, but I don\u2019t like the appendage on my appendage.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He added, \u201cYou know, I made a thing where I\u2019m like, \u2018Okay, I\u2019m gonna set a two-hour limit on my phone,\u2019 because this is, I\u2019ve given it up now three, three and a half years, but back then I was like, \u2018Okay, I\u2019m going to set this limit. Two hours.\u2019 It\u2019s like 9:30. You know, I\u2019ve already hit my limit at 9:30, so I woke up, and I\u2019ve been on it two hours already because, cuz you know how it can just keep going and going.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Danson asked Harrelson if those limits applied to certain things on the phone, like apps or texting. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cTexting and, well, I don\u2019t know about apps, but texting and also, you know, whatever, so I just finally, I wanted to be able to be in a, like if I were out to dinner with you, right? And there\u2019s just a lull in the conversation,\u201d he said. \u201cOh, I\u2019m on the phone. \u2018Oh yeah. Uh-huh. Uh-huh.\u2019 You know, and I look and I\u2019m back down to the device and this.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bell mentioned how her two children helped her realize how excessive her phone usage was.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cBut I think once you recognize that, it reshapes, at least it did for me, my whole perspective, and I think my kids had a lot to do with that, too, where I realized they were talking to me and my kids are also very, like, emotionally articulate,\u201d the \u201cFrozen\u201d actress said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cSo, if I\u2019d be checking something, even if it would be the most valid thing ever, like, \u2018Oh, her Jujitsu class is changing times tomorrow. I need to tell the other moms.\u2019 Whatever. A valid thing and one of my kids would look at me and go, \u2018I just feel like you\u2019re disconnected. I don\u2019t have your whole attention, Mom,\u2019 and I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh f***,\u2019\u201d she went on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bell added, \u201cWhen they get home from school, I do put it down. I put it upstairs,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s not in my ether when we\u2019re bopping around the house at night and I feel, I really enjoy being less connected to it. It\u2019s such a trick.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Danson concluded by saying he could understand Harrelson\u2019s position. \u201cYeah. I admire what you do with phones by the way, Woody.
