The last time this happened was prior to the Roe v Wade decision.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Reports at time indicated that the fences were erected after a draft of a Supreme Court ruling on<span> <\/span>Roe v. Wade was leaked, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/abortion-covid-us-supreme-court-health-john-roberts-7737a7e3a2fbbcac985549941b884a61\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AP News<\/a>.<span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>During the months that preceded the decision, Supreme Court Justices received death threats, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/dc-md-va\/2022\/06\/08\/kavanaugh-threat-arrest-justice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Washington Post<\/a> reported.
