Unconscionable'\">urged<\/a> his followers to always wear a helmet for safety.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>Celebrity Chef <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/celebrities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gordon Ramsay<\/a> urged his followers on social media to wear a helmet when they are riding bicycles as he opened up about a recent serious accident that he was involved in where he could have been killed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019d like to share a very important message with you all,\u201d Ramsay said in a video. \u201cYou know how much I love cycling and triathlons and Ironman, etc. This week, unfortunately, I had a really bad accident. And it really shook me. And, obviously, I\u2019m lucky to be here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow from those incredible trauma surgeons, doctors, nurses in the hospital that looked after me this week, they were amazing. But honestly, you\u2019ve got to wear a helmet,\u201d he continued. \u201cI don\u2019t care how short the journey is. I don\u2019t care the fact that these helmets cost money, but they\u2019re crucial. Even with the kids, a short journey, they\u2019ve got to wear a helmet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He then lifted up the side of his shirt and showed a massive bruise that he sustained from the accident that covered the entire side of his torso.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow, I\u2019m lucky to be standing here. I\u2019m in pain,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s been a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-approval-close-to-falling-into-the-20s-after-another-brutal-week\/\" title=\"Biden's Approval Close to Falling Into the 20s After Another Brutal Week\">brutal week<\/a>, and I\u2019m sort of getting through it. But, I cannot tell you the importance of wearing a helmet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He concluded the video by once again urging: \u201cPlease, please, please, please wear a helmet.
