Through a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fact-check-no-this-is-not-matt-gaetzs-actual-senior-photo-from-high-school\/\" title=\"FACT CHECK: No, This Is Not Matt Gaetz\u2019s Actual Senior Photo From High School\">reverse image search<\/a>, Check Your Fact found that the video likely shows when Ukrainian troops retook the city from Russian forces during their 2022 counteroffensive in Kharkiv oblast, which was covered by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/world\/2022\/12\/29\/ukraine-offensive-kharkiv-kherson-donetsk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Washington Post<\/a>.
