This incident, marked by \u2063the use of an unmanned surface vessel by the Houthis, resulted in severe \u2063damage to the M\/V Tutor, particularly flooding its\u2063 engine room. This \u2064attack \u200dled to the death of one \u2063crew member and forced the remaining crew \u2062to abandon the ship.\u2064 They were subsequently rescued by the USS Philippine Sea and \u2062partner \u2062forces. Despite condemnation and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/report-mcdonalds-targeted-by-hackers-customer-data-breached-in-south-korea-and-taiwan\/\" title=\"Report: McDonald\u2019s Targeted By Hackers, Customer Data Breached In South Korea And Taiwan\">existing security measures<\/a>, President Joe Biden&#8217;s \u200cadministration \u2064has struggled to effectively deter such attacks.\u200c The M\/V Tutor, a Liberian-flagged and Greek-owned bulk cargo carrier, is\u200d believed to have sunk, with debris and oil observed at \u200bits last reported location.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>Iranian-backed Houthi terrorists have sunk another major commercial shipping vessel near the Arabian Peninsula as President Joe Biden has failed to deter Houthi attacks on international shipping lanes leading to the Suez Canal.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said in a statement that the Houthis carried out the attack last week on the M\/V Tutor \u2014 a Liberian flagged, Greek-owned and operated bulk cargo carrier \u2014 using an uncrewed surface vessel (USV) resulting in severe flooding and damage to the engine room.<\/p>\n<p>One crew member who went missing following the attack later <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barrons.com\/news\/filipino-sailor-killed-in-huthi-attack-on-cargo-ship-white-house-50069cc6\">died<\/a>, according to National Security Council spokesman John Kirby.
