Democratic state Sen. Rachel May <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RachelMayNY\/status\/1803193664107139362\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>said<\/a>, \u201cThe Equal Rights Amendment deserves to be decided on by New York voters. And it will be.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fellow Democratic state Sen. Lea Webb added to that, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SenatorLeaWebb\/status\/1803207904025010464\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>saying<\/a>, \u201cI am pleased that the Fourth Judicial Department Court has reversed the decision to remove the Equal Rights Amendment from the November ballot.
