The statement also fails to put things into context, namely that violent crime is up under Biden even if it came down from his previous high a year earlier.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet\u2019s take a look at those crime rates,\u201d he said. \u201cWe\u2019ve seen over 4,000 shootings just in the city of Chicago. We\u2019ve seen a spike in violent crime.
