Gamer Supps deleted its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/police-suv-plows-through-crowd-that-was-mobbing-his-car-while-responding-to-street-racing-in-tacoma-video\/\" title=\"Police SUV Plows Through Crowd that Was Mobbing His Car While Responding To Street Racing In Tacoma (VIDEO)\">original post<\/a> but later posted the \u201cLean\u201d flavor depicting Biden with a pair of glasses.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Social media users are claiming that the Secret Service sent a formal letter to Gamer Supps and ordered them to cease depicting Biden on its \u201cLean\u201d flavor.<\/p>\n<p>This claim is misleading and is not supported by any evidence. Credible news outlets have not reported on the matter. The original tweet was deleted, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/nichegamer.com\/department-of-homeland-security-comes-after-gamer-supps-for-inaccurate-depiction-of-the-president\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Niche Gamer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The website said, \u201cThe tweet linked in the article from Gamer Supps has since been deleted. This could be a hoax for marketing. We will update the article as we learn more.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nate Herring, a Secret Service spokesperson, told Check Your Fact in an email that the claim was false. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2024\/06\/05\/fact-check-fact-checking-bidens-appointed-naval-academy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Fact Checking Biden\u2019s Claim That He Was \u2018Appointed\u2019 To The Naval Academy)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cA photo circulating on social media of an alleged U.S. Secret Service cease-and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-admin-demands-texas-relinquish-border-park-targeted-by-illegal-immigrants\/\" title=\"Biden Administration urges Texas to surrender border park sought by illegal immigrants\">-desist letter addressed<\/a> to an energy supplement company is fake,\u201d Herring said.<\/p>\n<p>Gamer Supps later <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/GamerSupps\/status\/1800966319476486470\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">posted<\/a> the \u201cLean\u201d flavor depicting Biden, but he has a pair of glasses and a fake nose. \u201chey gang BRAND NEW GG FLAVOR: LEAN live now for a limited time\u2026\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/must-be-dismantled-ben-jerrys-attacks-americas-police-system\/\" title=\"\u2018Must Be Dismantled\u2019: Ben &#038; Jerry\u2019s Attacks America\u2019s Police System\">company tweeted<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>One social media user <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/tavernofterrors\/status\/1800762788857696544\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pointed out<\/a> that the Gamer Supps image appears to be taken from a genuine letter from the Secret Service.
