Previously, Zurawski\u200d was involved in a lawsuit, Zurawski v. State of Texas, \u200dwhere she, along with 20 other women,\u200d argued that \u200bthey \u200cwere denied necessary abortions due to pregnancy complications. Their\u200d case \u200dwas unfortunately rejected \u2064two weeks before \u200cthe release of the ad.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_79\">\n<p>President <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/joe-biden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Joe Biden<\/a> released a second <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/campaign\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>campaign ad<\/a> featuring the woman who was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/healthcare\/3024173\/texas-supreme-court-upholds-near-total-abortion-ban\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"denied an abortion\">denied an abortion<\/a> in Texas, only this time with a focus on in vitro fertilization.<\/p>\n<p>Amanda Zurawski was at the head of the case <em>Zurawski\u00a0v. State of Texas<\/em>, where she was one of 20 women claiming she was denied an abortion despite pregnancy complications. Their claim was ultimately denied two weeks ago. Zurawski explains in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/shorts\/HSgbhUbabzs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"video\">video<\/a>, posted to YouTube on Thursday, that she nearly lost her life while pregnant due to her state\u2019s strict ban on abortion. While she left the state to have an abortion, she said she is still trying to get pregnant.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy fertility was permanently compromised, so my husband and I have been trying to grow our family through IVF. But, thanks to Donald Trump, IVF is now at risk,\u201d Zurawski said. \u201cSo after all we\u2019ve been through, my husband and I are now moving our embryos out of Texas. It just never stops. Let\u2019s be clear: Donald Trump did this.\u201d<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>These references to Trump implied he is at fault because he appointed three of the Supreme Court\u00a0justices\u00a0who ultimately overturned the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/in-fear-of-the-qanon-kooks-dem-rep-condemns-gop-for-not-condemning-message-of-two-genders\/\" title=\"\u2018In Fear Of The QAnon Kooks\u2019: Dem Rep Condemns GOP For Not Condemning Message Of Two Genders\">federal protection<\/a> around the procedure with their <em>Dobbs v. She flips through a baby book and sheds tears in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/a-pro-abortion-sleight-of-hand-how-leftists-used-a-disinformation-campaign-to-misdirect-kansans\/\" title=\"A Pro-Abortion Sleight Of Hand: How Leftists Used A Disinformation Campaign To Misdirect Kansans\">minute-long ad<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Trump has long left abortion laws up to each respective state, only occasionally speaking out against some he deems too extreme, like when the Arizona Supreme Court ruled\u00a0abortion\u00a0illegal even in the case of rape and incest.
