J.D. Vance and inclusive of Sens. Mike Lee, Bill Hagerty, Roger Marshall, Tommy Tuberville, and Eric Schmitt, has announced their intention to block the \u200cfast-tracking of President Joe Biden\u2019s \u200d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/senate-judiciary-chairman-says-gun-control-is-top-priority\/\" title=\"Senate Judiciary Chairman Says Gun Control Is \u2018Top Priority\u2019\">judicial nominees<\/a>. They are taking this action in response to what they perceive as the Biden \u2063administration\u2019s unfair treatment of former President\u200b Donald Trump, specifically referring to it as &#8220;persecution.&#8221; The\u200c senators specified that they would\u2064 oppose nominees \u2062who they believe are \u2063involved in or support\u200c actions against Trump, including those who\u200c have endorsed the legal proceedings against him \u200cor have supported\u2063 organizations or individuals adversarial to him.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>A group of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/senate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Senate<\/a> Republicans has pledged to block the fast-tracking of President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/joe-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Joe Biden\u2019s<\/a> judicial nominees in response to the Biden administration\u2019s \u201cpersecution\u201d of former President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/donald-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Donald Trump<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The group, led by Sen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/jd-vance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>J.D. Vance<\/a> (R-OH), also includes Sens. Mike Lee (R-UT), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Roger Marshall (R-KS), Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), and Eric Schmitt (R-MO).<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/they-dont-want-the-truth-to-come-out-senate-democrats-file-ethics-complaint-against-senators-cruz-and-hawley-for-challenging-election-fraud\/\" title=\"They Don\u2019t Want the Truth to Come Out: Senate Democrats File Ethics Complaint Against Senators Cruz and Hawley for Challenging Election Fraud\">senators wrote<\/a> in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vance.senate.gov\/press-releases\/senate-conservatives-announce-sweeping-hold-policy-on-biden-lawfare-nominees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>statement<\/a> on Thursday that they \u201cwill not permit the fast-tracking of nominees who have suggested the Trump prosecutions were reasonable, endorsed President Trump\u2019s guilt in these sham proceedings, joined or supported organizations that celebrated the indictment of President Trump, supported the \u2018get-Trump\u2019 candidacy of Alvin Bragg, or supported lawfare or censorship in other ways.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile it is not our intent to bring any single nominee into disrepute, if our rights are challenged on the floor of the U.S. Senate, we will prosecute a forceful public case using all the tools at our disposal,\u201d they added.<\/p>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<p>Trump was found guilty of 34 counts of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/rep-jordan-subpoenas-former-manhattan-prosecutor-who-pushed-for-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-taking-regeneron-drug-remdesivir-therapy-for-coronavirus-diagnosis-ex-wh-doctor-explains\/\" title=\"Trump taking Regeneron drug, Remdesivir therapy for coronavirus diagnosis: ex-WH doctor explains\">trump<\/a>-indictment\/&#8221; title=&#8221;Rep. Scalise: President Trump has denounced Capitol protests\">settle political disputes<\/a> through the legal system.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The senators\u2019 hold applies to dozens of nominees, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vance.senate.gov\/press-releases\/senate-conservatives-announce-sweeping-hold-policy-on-biden-lawfare-nominees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>press release<\/a>, including: <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Former Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, nominated to be the U.S. representative to the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Rep.
