Hostin, who has been\u200d critical of the Supreme Court \u200cin the past\u2014particularly its conservative justices for what she sees as\u2062 activism\u2014felt that this decision restored some of\u2063 her \u2062faith in the court. There are about 14 states where even this pill is not allowed to be used for abortion purposes, so we\u2019re still kind of in the same situation when it comes to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kamala-harris-claims-trump-admin-had-no-vaccine-distribution-plan\/\" title=\"Kamala Harris claims Trump admin. had no vaccine distribution plan\">states rights<\/a> to decide a woman\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ohio-voters-approve-abortion-rights-amendment-to-state-constitution\/\" title=\"Ohio voters approve abortion rights amendment to state constitution\">reproductive health rights<\/a>,\u201d Hostin said, but she added that she remained hopeful.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt does restore a little bit of my faith in the court because the legal standard is, do you have standing to bring a case? Can anybody bring a case in front of the Supreme Court?
