We both decided, I think it\u2019s Palm Desert (California). \u2026 It\u2019s so safe,\u201d Hawn told Ripa of herself and Kurt Russell, her longtime boyfriend of four decades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIt\u2019s just because L.A. is terrible. I mean, we were robbed once,\u201d she added. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hawn went on to describe what happened the first time her home was burglarized<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. She said she and Russell were out of the house for just two hours before <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/blm-co-founder-called-for-an-end-to-israel\/\" title=\"BLM Co-Founder Called For An End To Israel\">coming back home<\/a> to discover what happened.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWe came back and went in the house. I went up to the stairs and I walked into my closet. I just lost it,\u201d Hawn said. \u201cThey had broken in from the balcony to our bedroom, our closets.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">She continued, \u201cAnd they completely knocked down my door, which is a safe door, so they\u2019re very, very sophisticated, and they got a lot of my goodies, if you know what I mean.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Academy Award-winning actress said she assumed it was something she would only experience once, but that wasn\u2019t the case. \u201cSo, I\u2019m thinking, \u2018Oh, my God, so the chances are, I guess that\u2019s it,&#8217;\u201d Hawn told Ripa. \u201cIt\u2019s gotta be. The odds are that\u2019s not gonna happen again.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But then, four months later, that\u2019s exactly what happened.
