The deployment of the National Guard requires presidential authorization, which Trump gave days before Jan. 6 in the Oval Office, where I was present. It also requires a request from local governing authorities, including D.C. Mayor Bowser and Capitol Police, who report to the speaker of the House.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth noting that once the Capitol Police and Mayor Bowser <em>finally<\/em> made the lawful request for the National Guard, Trump\u2019s Department of Defense implemented the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/national-security\/capitol-riot-military-general-milley\/2021\/03\/02\/ebef7ef8-7b8f-11eb-b0fc-83144c02d676_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fastest cold start<\/a> of the National Guard since World War II.<\/p>\n<p>For years, I have testified under oath, in the media, and everywhere in between that Pelosi and Bowser were responsible for not requesting the National Guard on Jan. 6 after President Trump constitutionally authorized deploying the guard. We submitted the best evidence \u2014 their own written <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MayorBowser\/status\/1346530358674792466\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">refusals<\/a> \u2014 to the partisan Jan. 6 Committee. They excluded them from the record despite agreeing to include the letter and timeline.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-687f49cd8b138f92d11d94d77ada229d fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-687f49cd8b138f92d11d94d77ada229d\"><\/div>\n<p>Now, footage of Pelosi shows she blamed herself for not doing more. Pelosi did more than just create the unlawful and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/117th-congress\/house-resolution\/503#:~:text=The%20select%20committee%20consists%20of,receive%20evidence%2C%20and%20issue%20subpoenas\">unconstitutional<\/a> Jan. 6 committee; she hid evidence directly relevant to a congressional investigation, lied to the world, and decided to spend Jan. 6 filming a movie of herself. The sheer conceit of it all is surpassed only by her evil desire to destroy a movement that seeks to demolish her brand of corruption.<\/p>\n<p>The history of the Jan. 6 Committee should be recorded in its entirety so that it may never again be repeated. It\u2019s no surprise that then-Speaker Pelosi\u2019s committee used the same brand of subterfuge to rig the entire system. They buried evidence exonerating Trump from any claims of \u201cinsurrection.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>During my testimony, I entered direct evidence into the record. The committee agreed to include it, yet intentionally withheld it in their reports (<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MayorBowser\/status\/1346530358674792466\">Bowser letter<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.govinfo.gov\/content\/pkg\/GPO-J6-DOC-CTRL0000000056\/pdf\/GPO-J6-DOC-CTRL0000000056.pdf\">Capitol Police timeline<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/media.defense.gov\/2021\/Nov\/19\/2002896088\/-1\/-1\/1\/DODIG-2022-039%20V2%20508.PDF\">Biden DOD IG report<\/a> clearing Trump DOD of any wrongdoing), and withheld information that showed the only delay in the deployment of the National Guard rested with then-Secretary of the Army Ryan McCarthy. McCarthy took it upon himself to subvert the chain of command after the order was given to deploy the guard. He spoke with media instead. <\/p>\n<p>President Trump\u2019s former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Anthony Ornato <a href=\"https:\/\/cha.house.gov\/2024\/3\/chairman-loudermilk-publishes-never-before-released-anthony-ornato-transcribed-interview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">testified<\/a> that, \u201cMeadows \u2018wanted to know if she need any more guardsmen,\u2019\u201d and that, \u201cI remember the number 10,000 coming up of, you know, \u2018The president wants to make sure that you have enough.\u2019 You know, \u2018He is willing to ask for 10,000.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-d69c57cb787e6c0e406b45dff7c951b4 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-d69c57cb787e6c0e406b45dff7c951b4\"><\/div>\n<p>This single piece of testimony directly corroborates my account, and was also excluded from the record until March of 2024 when Chairman Barry Loudermilk <a href=\"https:\/\/cha.house.gov\/2024\/3\/chairman-loudermilk-publishes-never-before-released-anthony-ornato-transcribed-interview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">released<\/a> the questionably disregarded and highly relevant new information.<\/p>\n<p>My original testimony to the committee, which was consistent in every interview and court appearance, highlighted that \u201cThe authorization came in beforehand. It was relayed to the appropriate officials in D.C. and the Capitol Police. It was declined, and we acted when their request finally came in on January 6,\u201d and \u201cTrump had authorized the deployment of 10,000 to 20,000 National Guard troops to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/white-house-releases-list-of-president-trumps-accomplishments-and-it-is-historic\/\" title=\"White House Releases List of President Trump\u2019s Accomplishments \u2013  And It Is Historic!\">support law enforcement<\/a> in multiple meetings.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This is a tragic abdication of one\u2019s service responsibilities to perform these overt acts of constitutional thievery to achieve their Machiavellian political end state.<\/p>\n<p>The Deep State\u2019s manipulation doesn\u2019t stop with Jan. 6. We\u2019ve witnessed a relentless smear campaign against Trump and his supporters, aimed at undermining our democracy and silencing the voice of the American people. From illegal surveillance to baseless impeachments, their tactics are straight out of a dystopian playbook. <\/p>\n<p>The corporate media, in collusion with these political operatives, has turned journalism into propaganda, eroding public trust and stifling the truth. This battle is not just about one man; it\u2019s about the future of our nation and the preservation of our constitutional freedoms.
