It collectively and triumphantly reported that President Joe Biden \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msnbc.com\/top-stories\/latest\/biden-trump-convicted-felon-2024-election-rcna155479\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cfor the first time\u201d<\/a> \u2014 labeled his hated political opponent, the man his Justice Department is trying to put in prison,\u00a0 a \u201cconvicted felon.\u201d\u00a0It was almost too titillating for the Biden sycophants to bear. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor first time, Biden Tells voters that Trump is a \u2018convicted felon\u2019,\u201d MSNBC, fully aroused, hyperventilated in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msnbc.com\/top-stories\/latest\/biden-trump-convicted-felon-2024-election-rcna155479\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">headline <\/a>over a story about Biden fundraising on a Manhattan kangaroo court\u2019s verdict last month convicting former President Donald Trump 34 counts of <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/31\/intentional-misfeasance-makes-show-trial-conviction-ripe-for-reversal-legal-experts-say\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Frankensteinian charges<\/a> that are unlikely to stand up on appeal. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-938784070\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-abe8e001b5efc62bf6af48347b13ff90 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-abe8e001b5efc62bf6af48347b13ff90\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cBiden calls Trump a \u2018convicted felon\u2019 who \u2019snapped\u2019 after the 2020 election,\u2019 \u201c MSNBC\u2019s media sibling NBC News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/2024-election\/biden-trump-convicted-felon-snapped-rcna155327\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">declared<\/a> in reporting on the same Connecticut liberal fat cat fundraiser. <\/p>\n<p>The stories, drawn from the same Democratic Party public-relations template, hinted at how noble Biden was for avoiding \u201ctalking about his election rival\u2019s criminal cases.\u201d But now that a deep blue Manhattan jury instructed by a politically conflicted judge has found the left\u2019s No. 1 political enemy guilty of something, well, the gloves are coming off, buddy. <\/p>\n<p>Hogwash. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Biden Desperately Needs Convicted Felons<\/h2>\n<p>The only thing less surprising than the conviction is that Biden and other Democrats would quickly campaign on it. An AP top <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2024\/06\/05\/democrats-trump-conviction-biden-presidential-campaign-pennsylvania\/5dd5f6c2-2368-11ef-bc8d-a8ae61b84dde_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">story<\/a> in the Washington Post, perhaps Team Biden\u2019s most trusted organ, laid it all out shortly after Biden broke his vow of silence. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-15618b72aaa455caff8cb78aff51f15b fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-15618b72aaa455caff8cb78aff51f15b\"><\/div>\n<p>The article <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/democrats-trump-conviction-biden-presidential-campaign-pennsylvania-511ce1fe9fa005b3a3281a059d1edffe#:~:text=The%20bottom%20line:%20On%20Wednesday,releases%20%E2%80%94%20and%20potentially%20its%20paid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">insists<\/a> some Dems are torn over overplaying the \u201cconvicted felon\u201d line, in large part because <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/donald-trump-poll-felony-conviction-election-cbs-1910184\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">polling<\/a> shows it isn\u2019t really moving the meter. Surprisingly, they have found, a lot of Americans can see through a Soviet-show trial like a first-year med student can spot signs of dementia. <\/p>\n<p>Jimmy Kimmel, late-night comedy\u2019s version of eye syphilis, forced Vice President Kamala Harris to deflect \u201ca light-hearted question about whether the people she watched the verdict with were \u2018pretending to not be happy\u2019 when the conviction was announced,\u201d AP reported. Just another \u201clight-hearted question\u201d about weaponizing the justice system.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe kept a straight face even as Kimmel and the audience laughed. Instead, Harris discussed the case and the jury\u2019s deliberations before adding, \u2018I think the reality is cheaters don\u2019t like getting caught and being held accountable,\u2019\u201d the outlet reported. That\u2019s a bold statement from a political climber whose career got a huge boost from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-8623781\/Kamala-Harris-affair-San-Franciscos-black-mayor-Willie-Brown.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">married man she was sleeping with<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>But there is good reason for Democrats to tread lightly on the \u201cconvicted felon\u201d label, not the least of which is the fact that <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/06\/11\/hunters-conviction-is-a-fig-leaf-to-cover-the-biden-familys-more-serious-misdeeds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biden\u2019s son is now a convicted felon.<\/a> But the proud presidential dad this Father\u2019s Day runs the risk of alienating what Parker Thayer of the Capital Research Center calls the \u201ccriminal caucus.\u201d <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-cb80163fce248a3ce4b1401cf03a03d8 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-cb80163fce248a3ce4b1401cf03a03d8\"><\/div>\n<p>Fox and Friends\u2019 Brian Kilmeade recently <a href=\"https:\/\/grabien.com\/story.php?id=475899\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">noted <\/a>as much. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>You know, what\u2019s also risky? And believe it or not, I got this in The New York Times. I didn\u2019t realize this, but there\u2019s so many convicted felons out there that maybe they had an addiction or they feel they were unjustly charged, or they had a indiscretion in their younger life, and they feel as though, you know, not <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/felonvoting.procon.org\/state-felon-voting-laws\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>being able to vote<\/em><\/a><em>  \u2014 even though [Trump] can vote in Florida \u2014 not being able to vote, not being able to travel to certain places. This is a scarlet letter they live with. And the number\u2019s like 70 million. And when you start ripping the president, \u2018you\u2019re a convicted felon, you\u2019re a convicted felon,\u2019 are you\u2026 There\u2019s a question now: Are you alienating a lot of those people who say this case doesn\u2019t make any sense. And this happened to me whether it was legitimate or not, whether you were found innocent or not, whether you had<\/em> <em>an indiscretion. But you\u2019re now in your 60s and 70s and you still got this hanging over your head, and your kids are embarrassed, your family\u2019s embarrassed.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Kilmeade was wrong about the number of convicted felons in the United States. It\u2019s closer to <a href=\"https:\/\/news.uga.edu\/total-us-population-with-felony-convictions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">19 million Americans<\/a>, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brennancenter.org\/our-work\/analysis-opinion\/just-facts-many-americans-have-criminal-records-college-diplomas\">some 70 million<\/a> having been convicted of some kind of crime. But the Fox host\u2019s point on at least some convicted felons relating to \u2014 and perhaps deciding to vote for\u2014 Trump is well taken. <\/p>\n<p>As I <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/29\/targeting-felon-votes-with-bidenbucks-democrats-court-the-criminal-caucus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a> last month in The Federalist, the Biden administration is doing everything it can, including spending your money, to get felons to the polls. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Felons cleared to vote (and some not cleared) have long been a reliable bloc of voters for Democrats. A <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/ragnarresearch.com\/felon-enfranchisement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>2019 study<\/em><\/a><em>  by Ragnar Research Partners found that in Florida, for instance, \u2018Currently incarcerated felons are more than three times as likely to be registered Democrats \u2026 or unaffiliated \u2026 than Republicans. Ex-felons are four times as likely to be Democrats \u2026 or unaffiliated.\u2019 In the swing states expected to determine the\u00a0 outcome of the rematch between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, getting felons and those <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fla-couple-charged-with-child-neglect-after-their-21-month-old-child-overdosed-on-cocaine\/\" title=\"Fla. couple charged with child neglect after their 21-month-old child overdosed on cocaine\">facing felony charges<\/a> to the polls could mean the difference between the left and the right guiding U.S. policy for the next four years. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As the article notes, Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/02\/29\/9-ways-the-feds-are-using-bidenbucks-to-rig-the-2024-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Order 14019<\/a>, also known as <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/02\/28\/what-else-is-biden-hiding-in-his-plan-to-use-bidenbucks-to-get-out-the-likely-democrat-vote\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cBidenbucks<\/a>,\u201d is using federal agencies to register and mobilize voters.
