That hearing will feature testimony from witnesses Trey Trainor, commissioner of the Federal Election Commission; Elizabeth Foley; and Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey.<\/p>\n<p>Bragg\u2019s testimony comes as Jordan plans other hearings related to Trump\u2019s conviction, which could come as soon as late June or early July, according to a source. The chairman is weighing another field hearing in New York City and is considering issuing subpoenas to other officials, such as New York Attorney General Letitia James and U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, who is already at risk of being held in contempt of Congress related to Republicans\u2019 impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan wants to ask the two about Colangelo\u2019s involvement in Trump\u2019s conviction.<\/p>\n<p>Colangelo is a former top-ranking official in the Biden administration\u2019s Justice Department who left the DOJ to join the team prosecuting Trump.
