The ad will feature conservatives requesting the Supreme Court to reject <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/supreme-court\/2978885\/supreme-court-open-middle-ground-trump-immunity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Trump\u2019s immunity claims<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur constitutional system is predicated on legal accountability and equal justice under the law, even for presidents and past presidents,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indystar.com\/story\/news\/politics\/2024\/06\/10\/republican-anti-trump-ad-campaign-running-in-indiana-11-more-states\/74016753007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>said<\/a> Sarah Longwell, the executive director of Republicans for the Rule of Law. \u201cConservatives feel this in our bones: No man or woman is above the law. In this case, that means rejecting the \u2018absolute immunity\u2019 claim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ads will begin running in the red states of Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas, as well as the swing states of Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin through June 23.
