The settlement benefits \u2063those\u200c customers who were charged these \u2063fees between September 1, 2015, and January 12, 2022. These account holders \u200ccan submit a claim without \u2063needing to \u200d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/food-stamps-december-direct-payments-to-montana-snap-recipients-begin-in-seven-days\/\" title=\"Montana SNAP recipients will receive direct payments in just one week\">provide additional documentation<\/a>. Customers have the \u2063option to either exclude themselves from the settlement or object to it by June 17.
