Those are the first two charges against Hunter. The third relates to Hunter allegedly violating a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-gun-trial-confirms-laptop-was-real-all-along\/\" title=\"Confirmation of the Reality of Hunter Biden's Laptop Emerges in Gun Trial\">law banning drug users<\/a> and addicts from possessing firearms.<\/p>\n<p>Two of the counts against Hunter each carry a maximum sentence of 10 years, while the other count carries a maximum sentence of 5 years, NBC News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/politics-news\/live-blog\/hunter-biden-trial-live-updates-rcna156114\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>. Texts <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delawareonline.com\/picture-gallery\/news\/politics\/2024\/06\/06\/hunter-biden-gun-trial-evidence-gun-text-messages\/73997625007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">between<\/a> Hunter and Hallie Biden, Beau Biden\u2019s widow who took up a sexual relationship with Hunter after her husband\u2019s death, allegedly show that Hunter was on drugs within 11 days of purchasing the gun.
