James Comer, made an appearance on Fox \u200bNews\u2019 \u201cSunday Morning Futures,\u201d where he issued a significant warning to President\u200c Joe \u200bBiden. Comer stated that an approaching report \u2064from his committee would reveal\u2064 the &#8220;many crimes&#8221; committed by \u2063President Biden and his administration. He also discussed the \u200dserious nature of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/grassley-demands-doj-fbi-update-status-of-investigation-into-kavanaughs-fraudulant-accusers\/\" title=\"Grassley Demands DOJ, FBI Update Status Of Investigation Into Kavanaugh\u2019s \u2018Fraudulant\u2019 Accusers\">criminal referrals made<\/a> by his \u2063committee to the Department of Justice regarding Biden&#8217;s son,\u2064 Hunter, and brother, James Biden, which include allegations \u200dof perjury\u2063 and involvement in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/top-house-republican-accuses-hunter-biden-of-lying-to-congress\/\" title=\"GOP Leader Accuses Hunter Biden of Congressional Deception\">potential influence-peddling scheme<\/a>. \u2062Comer hinted at the \u200bpossibility of future criminal referrals against \u200dJoe Biden, \u2064including\u2064 for money laundering, \u2064and \u2064underscored the ongoing nature of the investigation. Upper III<\/span><\/a> <\/span> <span>   June 10, 2024 at 6:07am <\/span> <\/span>  <\/header>\n<section>\n<p>The chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability appeared on Fox News\u2019 \u201cSunday Morning Futures\u201d over the weekend and issued a warning to President Joe Biden that an upcoming report from his committee will detail the \u201cmany crimes\u201d committed by him and his administration very soon.<\/p>\n<p>Host Maria Bartiromo asked Rep. James Comer about the criminal referrals his committee had recently sent to the Justice Department for the president\u2019s son and brother, Hunter Biden and James Biden.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCriminal referrals are very serious,\u201d Comer said. \u201cIn fact, [Biden Attorney General] Merrick Garland has prosecuted people that were referred criminally to the Department of Justice during the Trump administration. So Merrick Garland\u2019s on record taking congressional criminal referrals very seriously.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, we\u2019re going to see how seriously he takes these that we referred here,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Comer went on to explain the nature of the alleged perjury committed by both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-bidens-legal-team-throws-beaus-widow-bus-turning-trial-messy-biden-v-biden-affair\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hunter Biden<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/cbs-news-uncovers-150-banking-transactions-involving-hunter-james-biden-flagged-concerning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">James Biden<\/a> in testimony given to congressional investigators while under oath.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJoe Biden was the central figure in the family\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/jonathan-emord-doj-scrambles-to-find-non-existent-evidence-of-intent\/\" title=\"Jonathan Emord: DOJ Scrambles to Find Non-Existent Evidence of \u201cIntent\u201d\">influence peddling scheme<\/a>,\u201d he argued, citing testimony to his committee. \u201cThe tens of millions of dollars that the Bidens took in from our adversaries around the world \u2014 which according to the IRS whistleblowers, they never paid a penny of taxes on \u2014 all of this happened because Joe Biden is the central figure in selling the brand and convincing the shady characters around the globe that his family was essentially speaking for him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bartiromo wanted to know why, if all the Comer claimed was accurate, more referrals hadn\u2019t been sent to the DOJ, for violations of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/experts-hunter-biden-thrown-jail-failing-register-foreign-agent\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Foreign Agents Registration Act<\/a>, money laundering and other corruption.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re just beginning, Maria,\u201d Comer replied, but he also noted that the statute of limitations had already run out on some of the Biden family\u2019s alleged crimes.<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, \u201cWe\u2019re going to deal with those,\u201d the Kentucky Republican promised. \u201cAnd we\u2019re going to deal with Joe Biden. Remember: This is an investigation of Joe Biden.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-container\">\n<p>Should Joe Biden be indicted?<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re going to do all we can to hold Hunter Biden and all the different shady associates accountable; this is just the beginning. That report is imminent.
