However, the order is filled \u200dwith loopholes\u200d and exceptions\u200b that will allow many migrants to evade immediate deportation. The first loophole states that \u2063the limitations on entry will be lifted when illegal immigration numbers decline. The second loophole includes a\u2062 broad allowance for\u200c various exceptions,\u200b including\u2064 unaccompanied minors. This loophole not only endangers the children \u200cbut\u200d also ensures the limitations won\u2019t apply to thousands\u2064 of lawbreaking foreign\u200d citizens. an internal memo from ICE reveals \u2063even\u2064 more loopholes, stating that migrants can avoid immediate deportation by claiming \u201cfear\u200c of\u2063 return\u201d based on vague criteria \u200csuch as \u201cunusual levels \u200dof silence\u201d \u2062or\u2063 \u201cincoherent speech patterns\u201d.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p><?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><\/p>\n<div class=\"article-content\">\n<p>President Joe Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2024\/06\/04\/a-proclamation-on-securing-the-border\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fake immigration order<\/a> allows illegal migrants with \u201cunusual levels of silence\u201d and \u201cincoherent speech patterns\u201d to evade immediate deportation, along with dozens of other exceptions undermining border security. Tuesday\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/06\/05\/biden-announces-border-action-after-claiming-hands-were-tied\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">announcement<\/a>, entitled \u201cA Proclamation on Securing the Border,\u201d was made amid<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbp.gov\/newsroom\/stats\/southwest-land-border-encounters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> record-breaking<\/a> waves of illegal migrants entering the United States via its southern border. <\/p>\n<p>The executive order took effect overnight on Wednesday, when it supposedly \u201csuspended and limited\u201d noncitizens from entering the United States. In reality, the order is littered with loopholes and exceptions that will allow migrants to continue illegally entering the country by the millions. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1709049918\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-7cd2f5968ecd7e59af5696e325302fdd fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-7cd2f5968ecd7e59af5696e325302fdd\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Loophole No. 1: \u201cBorder securing measures\u201d will be tossed out when illegal migrant numbers show signs of decline.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In section two of the order, President Biden instructs the Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas to abandon the executive order\u2019s limitations on illegal immigration when the number of \u201cencounters\u201d averages less than 1,500 per day. It\u2019s nearly halfway through the order before it explains when the purported \u201cborder securing measures\u201d are going to cease. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEncounters\u201d refers to two types of interactions at the southern border. The first is apprehensions by U.S. Border Patrol, which are the arrest of an illegal migrant. The second is inadmissibles, which includes illegal migrants who are encountered at the border who fail to meet criteria for legal entry or humanitarian protection. Since January, encounters at the southern border have reached more than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbp.gov\/newsroom\/stats\/southwest-land-border-encounters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1.5 million illegal migrants<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This loophole ensures Biden\u2019s order will no longer be enforced as soon as it reduces illegal migration, completely undermining border security.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-db8d65f94939522ed4fe55d5e50814e0 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-db8d65f94939522ed4fe55d5e50814e0\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Loophole No. 2: Entry limitations won\u2019t apply to migrants falling into sweeping exception categories.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The executive order provides broad allowances for illegal migrants with \u201cvarious urgent considerations\u201d and vague \u201chumanitarian and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/up-in-smoke-soros-funded-drug-groups-behind-pro-marijuana-laws-in-embattled-blue-states\/\" title=\"Soros-backed drug groups support pro-marijuana laws in struggling blue states.\">public health interests<\/a>.\u201d Immigration officers can also allow migrants into the country based on ambiguous \u201coperational considerations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Limitations on entry also won\u2019t apply to unaccompanied children. Although Democrats attempt to paint these types of exceptions for unaccompanied minors as<a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/video\/2024\/06\/04\/cavuto_vs_mayorkas_executive_order_is_a_green_light_for_drug_cartels_to_use_unaccompanied_children_as_pawns.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> compassionate and values based<\/a>, they put children in danger. <\/p>\n<p>In 2023, The<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2023\/02\/25\/us\/unaccompanied-migrant-child-workers-exploitation.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> New York Times reported<\/a> the Department of Health and Human Services was unaware of the whereabouts of tens of thousands of migrant children who had been placed into their custody. Others still are exploited by illegal migrants who view children as their ticket into the country. Many of these children are likely enslaved, sexually and otherwise.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-4a08ffbe9513239c60179ed58a0f1c7a fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-4a08ffbe9513239c60179ed58a0f1c7a\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201c[Illegal aliens] were coached and mentored and given what to say by the cartels and the human smuggling organizations: You grab a kid, and that is your U.S. passport,\u201d Mark Morgan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbp.gov\/frontline\/border-crisis-cbp-fights-child-exploitation#:~:text=%E2%80%9C%5BIllegal%20aliens%5D%20were%20coached,what%2C%20they%20were%20right.%E2%80%9D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> explained in a news conference<\/a> while acting commissioner for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. \u201cThat will guarantee you entry into the United States. And guess what, they were right.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Not only do these vague exceptions further ensure the executive orders\u2019 limitations won\u2019t actually apply to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbp.gov\/newsroom\/stats\/southwest-land-border-encounters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">thousands of lawbreaking foreign citizens<\/a>, they also endanger migrants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Loophole No. 3: Internal Memo Carves Out Dozens of Ways Migrants Can Avoid Deportation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An<a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/ICE_Implementation_Guidance_for_Presidential_Proclamation_of_June_3_2024_Securing_the_Border_and_IFR_Securing_the_Border__6-4-24___final_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> internal memo<\/a> from Immigration and Customs Enforcement indicates the Biden administration carved out further exceptions<a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/biden-administration\/biden-immigration-executive-order-full-of-loopholes-documents-show\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> behind the scenes<\/a>. Even if illegal migrants do not meet the vague exceptions listed above, they can avoid immediate deportation by claiming \u201cfear of return.\u201d Agents are instructed to listen for statements as vague as, \u201cI am afraid to go to [country]\u201d and even non-verbal \u201cchanges in tone of voice, incoherent speech patterns, panic attacks, or an unusual level of silence\u201d to determine whether an illegal migrant should avoid deportation and be referred for a \u201ccredible fear interview.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>This loophole extends deportation exceptions far past usual asylum criteria, which<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/humanitarian\/refugees-and-asylum\/asylum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> soley extend to <\/a>foreign citizens who \u201chave suffered persecution or fear that they will suffer persecution due to: race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, [or] political opinion.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Executive Order Is Fake Border Protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This slew of exceptions reveals what<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/06\/05\/biden-announces-border-action-after-claiming-hands-were-tied\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> many suspected<\/a>: the order is chock-full of loopholes undermining Biden\u2019s claimed intent to limit illegal immigration.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPresident Biden believes we must secure our border,\u201d claimed a White House fact sheet this\u00a0week.
