(AP Photo\/Seth Wenig)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cIn the comment, the user, \u2018Michael Anderson,\u2019 states: \u2018My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted \u2026 Thank you folks for all your hard work!!! \u2026.&#8217;\u201d Merchan wrote in the letter.<\/p>\n<p>Merchan said the comment was left in response to a May 29 posting on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/republican-coalition-decries-treatment-of-jan-6-defendants-in-dc-gulag\/\" title=\"Republican Coalition Decries Treatment of Jan. 6 Defendants in \"DC Gulag\"\">court system\u2019<\/a>s Facebook page.
