Greg Abbott <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.texas.gov\/news\/post\/governor-abbott-directs-dfps-to-investigate-gender-transitioning-procedures-as-child-abuse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ordered<\/a> his state\u2019s Department of Family and Protective Services to investigate the transing of children as abuse in 2022, Texas Children\u2019s Hospital \u2014 the largest children\u2019s hospital in the U.S. \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/lifestyle\/2022\/03\/08\/texas-childrens-hospital-stops-gender-affirming-care-trans-youth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> that it would no longer offer chemical castration and other body-butchering services to pediatric patients.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-2115755658\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-ebfeb369167be91bed837ca676ab3c77 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-ebfeb369167be91bed837ca676ab3c77\"><\/div>\n<p>As 33-year-old\u00a0whistleblower Dr. Eithan Haim soon discovered, however, at least three Texas Children\u2019s physicians continued to castrate children as young as 11 years old after the program was allegedly halted. The hospital also <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1aUjnEDzSyEeiDi4kDK0R7ezi8H4MSjS8\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">promoted procedures<\/a> to cut off the breasts and genitals of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hhs-secretary-admits-the-feds-will-punish-hospitals-that-resist-trans-mutilation\/\" title=\"HHS Secretary Acknowledges Federal Penalties for Hospitals Opposing Gender-Affirming Surgeries\">physically healthy people<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.city-journal.org\/article\/sex-change-procedures-at-texas-childrens-hospital\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A report<\/a>, which Haim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.givesendgo.com\/texas_whistleblower\">claims to have sourced<\/a>, from the City Journal\u2019s Christopher Rufo detailed these findings. Around that same time in May 2023, the Texas legislature <a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/BillLookup\/Actions.aspx?LegSess=88R&#038;Bill=SB14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">passed<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/03\/texas-republicans-successfully-protected-their-house-from-trans-insurrectionists-now-its-time-for-them-to-protect-children-from-the-trans-agenda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">law banning gender experimentation on minors.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>One month after that, federal agents made a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.givesendgo.com\/texas_whistleblower\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">highly atypical, unexpected, and aggressive show of force<\/a>\u201d at Haim\u2019s apartment door. They announced in a letter signed by U.S. Attorney Tina Ansari of the Southern District of Texas that he was being investigated over his presumed role in the leak of \u201cmedical records.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a letter to House Republicans, Haim\u2019s lawyers <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/chiproytx\/status\/1750237019626750291\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">detailed a long list of misconduct<\/a> Ansari exercised during the investigation, including failing to review evidence before assisting the Biden administration\u2019s attempt to charge the surgeon.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-a9744ff8387ccb0d1ffef6bcecf511fa fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-a9744ff8387ccb0d1ffef6bcecf511fa\"><\/div>\n<p>Ansari, undeterred, moved ahead with her plans to sic the feds on Haim. Most recently, the surgeon learned after a visit from U.S. marshals that he is expected in court next week to answer for a four-felony count indictment for \u201cviolating HIPAA.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Haim said in his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.givesendgo.com\/texas_whistleblower\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Give Send Go<\/a> that he does not regret making Texas Children\u2019s actions public but admitted it has cost him \u201cthe entirety of our retirement, investments, savings, and almost all of our disposable income to pay the legal bills to keep the case alive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI knew that speaking out would necessarily put myself and my family at great risk, but after experiencing the extent of the corruption first-hand, it became clear that silence would never be an option,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Punishable by Political Prosecution<\/h2>\n<p>Time and time again, Biden\u2019s DOJ has weaponized itself against <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/14\/peaceful-pro-lifer-gets-years-in-prison-after-biden-doj-targeted-her-under-face-act\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pro-lifers<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/10\/27\/merrick-garland-says-hell-keep-targeting-parents-even-after-school-board-group-apologized-for-its-bogus-domestic-terrorism-claims\/\">parents<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/03\/04\/biden-department-of-justice-declares-war-on-voter-id-and-other-election-security-laws\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">election integrity supporters<\/a>. It staunchly <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/03\/30\/biden-doj-throttled-arrests-of-violent-abortion-mob-surrounding-supreme-court-justices-homes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">refused to protect<\/a> Republican-nominated Supreme Court justices from coordinated influence campaigns and has tried to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/01\/biden-hhs-denies-oklahomans-health-care-funding-because-the-state-wont-spend-it-on-abortions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">punish Republican states<\/a> for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2022\/03\/02\/statement-by-president-biden-on-texas-attacks-on-transgender-youth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">protecting born and unborn children<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-dbe176cea2be0e47bbd211df3df63699 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-dbe176cea2be0e47bbd211df3df63699\"><\/div>\n<p>The transing of children, confirmed by a doctor targeted for trying to protect the most vulnerable from irreversible damage, is no exception.<\/p>\n<p>If a Texas surgeon who rightfully blew the whistle on a child-mutilation program his state outlawed can face politically charged persecution laden with misconduct simply because the Biden administration wants to make a point about people who oppose its radical transgender agenda, no one is safe.<\/p>\n<p>Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra confirmed this too when he <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/16\/hhs-secretary-admits-the-feds-will-punish-hospitals-that-resist-trans-mutilation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">admitted<\/a> during a congressional hearing last month that the Biden administration planned to defund hospitals with religious objections to transgender mutilation. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf a health care facility is violating the law and not providing the service they are required to, they are not entitled to federal funding,\u201d Becerra said.<\/p>\n<p>When Republican Rep. Mary Miller asked Becerra if that applied to doctors, Becerra ignored the Biden administration\u2019s war on <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/policy\/healthcare\/4397912-biden-administration-rescinds-much-of-trump-conscience-rule-for-health-workers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">conscience protections<\/a> to claim that providers are shielded and \u201cnot required\u201d to execute any transing procedures. <\/p>\n<p>For Biden, the buck doesn\u2019t stop at former President Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, or any other person who might stand in the way of his reelection.
