The suspect had a &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/internal-amazon-documents-show-alexa-owners-arent-using-devices\/\" title=\"Internal Amazon Documents Show Alexa Owners Aren't Using Devices\">planning document<\/a>&#8221; detailing the murders. He faces\u200c charges \u2062for the deaths of Jessica Taylor in 2003 and \u200cSandra Costilla in 1993.\u2063 Extensive searches of\u200b his home \u200brevealed \u2063electronic \u2064devices with incriminating data. The document outlined sinister plans under headings like \u200d&#8221;Problems&#8221;\u200d and &#8220;Supplies.&#8221;  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>New York authorities prosecuting the man accused of killing six women and dumping their bodies on Gilgo Beach in New York say the suspect kept a \u201cplanning document\u201d to plan the murders.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect, who is not being named by The Daily Wire,\u00a0was charged Thursday with the 2003 death of Jessica Taylor and the 1993 death of Sandra Costilla, ABC New York <a href=\"https:\/\/abc7ny.com\/post\/gilgo-beach-suspect-serial-killer-rex-heuermann-murders\/14917073\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>. This brings the total number of women believed to have been killed by the suspect up to six.<\/p>\n<p>During multiple searches of the suspect\u2019s home in Massapequa, New York, investigators found more than 350 electronic devices and began attempts to extract and analyze the data on those devices. On one hard drive, investigators were able to recover a deleted document that appeared to have been used as a way for the suspect to \u201cplan out\u201d his \u201ckills,\u201d according to <a href=\"https:\/\/suffolkcountyny.gov\/da\/Newsroom\/Press-Releases\/gilgo-investigation-superseding-indictment-and-bail-application\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a bail application<\/a> filed by the Suffolk County District Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>The document included underlined headings that read: \u201cProblems,\u201d \u201cSupplies,\u201d \u201cDS,\u201d and \u201cTRG.\u201d \u201cDS\u201d refers to \u201cdump site\u201d and \u201cTRG\u201d seems to stand for \u201ctarget.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Each heading includes a list, with the \u201cProblems\u201d list including notes such as \u201cDNA,\u201d \u201ctire marks,\u201d \u201cblood stains,\u201d and \u201cfingerprints.\u201d The complete list appears to show the lengths to which the suspect went to cover his tracks.<\/p>\n<p>As for \u201cSupplies,\u201d the suspect listed items such as \u201clie\/acid,\u201d a \u201cpolice scaner [sic],\u201d \u201crope\/cord,\u201d and \u201cbags\/tape.\u201d A note under the \u201cDS\u201d heading suggested the suspect \u201crecon dumster [sic] locations.\u201d And other targets, the suspect wrote \u201cMegan?\u201d and noted that \u201csmall is good.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The planning document also includes three more sections, titled \u201cPre-Prep,\u201d \u201cPrep,\u201d and \u201cPost Event.\u201d Under \u201cPre-Prep\u201d the suspect mentions vehicle inspection, engaging the target, and looking into dump sites and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/news-networks-ignore-biden-freeing-20th-9-11-hijacker-from-gitmo\/\" title=\"News Networks Ignore Biden Freeing \u201c20th\u201d 9\/11 Hijacker From Gitmo\">weather reports<\/a>, as well as looking for video cameras in these areas.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cPrep\u201d section discusses setting up a \u201cstage\u201d and \u201cholding area\u201d as well as setting up a table, believed by investigators to have been used for victim torture and mutilation. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/faith-leaders-try-to-shake-down-wealthy-nations-over-climate-change\/\" title=\"Faith Leaders Try to Shake Down Wealthy Nations over Climate Change\">final section<\/a>, \u201cPost Event,\u201d includes notes such as \u201cdistroy [sic] file,\u201d \u201cchange tires,\u201d \u201cburn gloves,\u201d and \u201cdispose of pic\u2019s [sic].\u201d It also notes that the suspect should \u201chave story set.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-9096\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1716990157394000&#038;usg=AOvVaw33qQydjIo8bet419amChif\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The document goes on to expand on these sections, including \u201crecon reports\u201d and how to avoid detection after the fact, including not being seen in the area of the crime for too long and to not use a charge card for gas. It also discusses how to prep the bodies for disposal, including \u201cremove head and hands,\u201d and what items needed to be disposed of following the killings.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/watch-fox-news-reporter-peter-doocy-grills-psaki-over-key-issues-related-to-bidens-border-crisis\/\" title=\"WATCH: Fox News Reporter Peter Doocy Grills Psaki Over Key Issues Related To Biden\u2019s Border Crisis\">document includes<\/a> a section titled \u201cThings:To Remember [sic]\u201d that discusses how sound travels, and how important sleep is before a kill. The document also uses the phrase \u201cnext time,\u201d multiple times.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect <a href=\"https:\/\/abc7ny.com\/post\/gilgo-beach-suspect-serial-killer-rex-heuermann-murders\/14917073\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">was arrested<\/a> on July 13, 2023.
