And if Trump and the defendants prevail in this appeal, this case is essentially toast.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added that if the case gets dismissed, former Trump officials who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/president-trump-please-pardon-jon-woods-a-victim-of-process-crimes-like-michael-flynn\/\" title=\"President Trump, Please Pardon Jon Woods, a Victim of Process Crimes Like Michael Flynn\">pled guilty<\/a> in the case will most certainly walk their guilty pleas back.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a separate issue that Trump and the other defendants are going to raise that I think is a bigger deal, which is Fani Willis\u2019 inappropriate comments about the case outside of court,\u201d he said. \u201cJudge McAfee found those comments to be, quote, \u2018legally improper,\u2019 and then he did nothing about it.
