(AP Photo\/Jason Allen)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The super PAC has spent $130 million on the campaign this election cycle, although millions of those funds have gone toward Trump\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ex-trump-adviser-peter-navarro-vows-to-appeal-outrageous-convictions\/\" title=\"Peter Navarro, former Trump adviser, plans to appeal 'outrageous' convictions.\">massive legal bills<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the memo, MAGA Inc. acknowledged the Biden campaign retains a \u201ccash advantage.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But \u201cnot every dollar is created equal,\u201d the super PAC wrote. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe may not be able to outspend Democrats, but we can ensure the messages that are being distributed are done so using the targeting that each individual voter requires,\u201d it noted.<\/p>\n<p>The memo derided the Biden campaign for targeting voter blocs that are traditionally rock-solid parts of the Democratic Party\u2019s base, calling it \u201ca sign of tremendous weakness and desperation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s like if MAGA Inc. launched a massive ad campaign targeting Christian radio \u2026 in rural Georgia,\u201d according to the memo.<\/p>\n<p>MAGA Inc.\u2019s announcement comes as GOP strategists have expressed concern that the Trump campaign\u2019s ground game is lacking. While pro-Trump super PACs are flush with cash, their funds cannot be directed toward campaigning.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Trump team has blazed ahead with plans to run an \u201cefficient\u201d and \u201cleaner\u201d campaign, even in swing states such as Arizona and Michigan, leaving some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/2999105\/trumps-trimmed-down-campaign-has-swing-state-operatives-worried\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>top Republican strategists<\/a> concerned. They worry the campaign\u2019s ground game does not have the cash or resources it needs to build a ground game in swing states to lock in an electoral win. <\/p>\n<p>Even in Georgia, where Trump has a comfortable lead, there are doubts that neglecting to put campaign surrogates there to whip up excitement for the former president is a winning strategy. <\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200b\u201dIn order to win close elections in Georgia, you have to have a ground game that emphasizes turning out early votes and absentee votes,\u201d Cody Hall, a senior adviser to Gov. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/brian-kemp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Brian Kemp<\/a> (R-GA), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2024\/05\/10\/trump-gop-field-operation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>told<\/a> the <em>Washington Post<\/em> in May.\u00a0\u201cI have seen no evidence of them having any of that. The Trump campaign has a consultant in Georgia, but there is nothing else that I can see. \u2026 Everyone is generally concerned.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While the Trump campaign said it raised more than $100 million after the former president\u2019s hush money conviction, it remains to be seen how that money will be spent.<\/p>\n<figure><figcaption>Former President Donald Trump visits Atlanta on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, in Atlanta.
