He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n<p>Buhle said the first time she realized Biden was doing drugs was when she found a crack pipe \u201con an ashtray on the side porch of our home\u201d in the summer of 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Buhle and Biden were married for more than two decades before they divorced in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s lead defense attorney Abbe Lowell asked Buhle during cross-examination if she had ever actually witnessed Biden doing drugs, and she replied that she had not.<\/p>\n<p>When pressed on what days she saw the drug paraphernalia in his car, Buhle said she did \u201cnot recall the exact days.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Buhle\u2019s testimony was brief. Prosecutors then called Kestan to the stand.<\/p>\n<p>Kestan said she met Biden in 2017 in New York at a gentleman\u2019s club where she worked. She said that whenever she and Biden stayed together, Biden \u201cwould want to smoke as soon as he woke up.\u201d She said he frequently smoked crack.<\/p>\n<p>Kestan was still testifying into Wednesday afternoon.
