Prosecutors showcased\u200b the laptop that \u2062Hunter had left at a repair shop, unveiling controversial images. FBI verification delved\u2063 deeper \u2063into\u2062 the laptop&#8217;s contents, deemed \u200bsignificant given \u2062its\u2062 connection to \u2064Joe Biden.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<p>While <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-vietnam-60k-americans-dead-from-covid-19-in-first-three-weeks-of-presidency\/\" title=\"BIDEN\u2019S VIETNAM: 60K Americans Dead from COVID-19 in First Three Weeks of Presidency\">numerous media outlets<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/doj-confirms-hunter-biden-laptop-was-real-this-whole-time\">Department of Justice<\/a> have previously concluded that the Hunter Biden laptop was real, the trial of the president\u2019s son has further confirmed its legitimacy.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors on Tuesday held up the infamous laptop, which Hunter left at a Delaware repair shop in 2019 and was the subject of a bombshell New York Post report in the month before the 2020 election. FBI agent Erika Jensen testified in court that the agency had verified the laptop as belonging to Hunter through its serial number and records from Apple, CNN <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/politics\/live-news\/hunter-biden-trial-06-04-24\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecution further shared images from the laptop and Hunter\u2019s iCloud account showing him half- or fully nude, holding crack pipes, and with a bong in the background.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, Jensen testified that no tampering had occurred with Hunter\u2019s laptop, replying \u201cno\u201d when asked by the prosecution on redirect if she had seen any evidence of tampering, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/WendellHusebo\/status\/1798370602706718800\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to Breitbart reporter<\/a> Wendell Husebo.<\/p>\n<p>The laptop\u2019s authenticity is important because many in President Joe Biden\u2019s camp attempted to discredit the Post\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/10\/14\/email-reveals-how-hunter-biden-introduced-ukrainian-biz-man-to-dad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">original reporting<\/a> in October 2020. The computer revealed evidence that Hunter introduced his father \u2013 then vice president of the U.S. \u2013 to a Ukrainian businessman less than a year before Joe pressured Ukrainian government officials to fire a prosecutor investigating the businessman\u2019s company. This meeting took place a year after Hunter was inexplicably hired to the board of a Ukrainian energy firm and paid up to $50,000 a month.<\/p>\n<p>Following the Post\u2019s reporting, Big Tech companies, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/new-twitter-files-show-fbi-paid-twitter-millions-influenced-execs-to-censor-hunter-biden-laptop-story\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> (now X) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heritage.org\/the-constitution\/commentary\/how-the-biden-white-house-facebook-quietly-censored-americans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a>, worked to suppress the story. Documents released in December 2022 by X CEO Elon Musk revealed that the FBI paid Twitter millions of dollars for its \u201clegal process response.\u201d They repeatedly warned its company\u2019s executives to censor the story.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-9096\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1716990157394000&#038;usg=AOvVaw33qQydjIo8bet419amChif\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>In addition to Big Tech censorship, 51 former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-discussed-plans-for-a-business-that-would-include-joe-biden-emails-show\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden Discussed Plans For A Business That Would Include Joe Biden, Emails Show\">intelligence officials signed<\/a> a public letter claiming the laptop story had \u201call the hallmarks\u201d of Russian disinformation. Those officials, including former CIA directors Michael Hayden and John Brennan, as well as ex-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, have refused to apologize or admit they were wrong.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter is charged with lying on a form in order to purchase a handgun in October 2018. Because Hunter is a drug addict, he should have checked a box indicating such, and not doing so amounted to making a false statement material to a firearms sale and making a false statement in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-secret-service-intervened-in-hunter-biden-gun-incident-lied-on-background-check-form-report-says\/\" title=\"BREAKING: Secret Service Intervened In Hunter Biden Gun Incident; Lied On Background Check Form, Report Says\">firearms transaction record<\/a>, Reuters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/what-are-criminal-charges-likely-defense-hunter-bidens-gun-trial-2024-06-03\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>. Those are the first two charges against Hunter.
