Since this announcement, the bar has received pushback from some people within its community, including property theft and vendors refusing to fulfill their ingredient orders.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut, to the credit of the community that is rational and reasonable, we\u2019ve also received so much support from like-minded people who want to celebrate \u2018Heterosexual Awesomeness Month\u2019 with us, and get the concept of it as being about freedom and being true to our personal values,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.givesendgo.com\/OldStateSaloon?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR3zGjqA88xCxzez1f5_atuA14HpT-rxJP5ldnsjMQ-_MFn9jL48UqRcZfw_aem_ARUfzGv0QW7nmhXS6dTBf8by18SdxjXeUM6Pz6uj34q273AAkaLtpzOqj71Pnpauj1KIwFK2O2v9cp5D6HhsneW7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>a statement<\/a> from Mark Fitzpatrick, the owner of the bar, said.<\/p>\n<p>The fundraiser states that it intends to use the money raised for further editions to the bar, including a parking lot and larger indoor space.<\/p>\n<p>The bar\u2019s \u201cHeterosexual Awesomeness Month\u201d is a contrast to many retailers\u2019 choice to celebrate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/LGBT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Pride Month<\/a> throughout the month of June on an annual basis. As part of the bar\u2019s newly designated month, it announced that all straight men will receive a free pint of beer every Monday in June, straight couples will receive 15% off on Wednesdays, and straight women can enjoy happy hour prices all day on Thursdays.<\/p>\n<p>The newly designated month has so far proved to be a big success for the bar, as it announced on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/why-this-average-american-is-voting-for-donald-trump\/\" title=\"Why This Average American Is Voting for Donald Trump\">social media<\/a> that it had its largest Monday sales on June 3. Some of the items available for purchase can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walmart.com\/ip\/INK-MEETS-PAPER-Pride-Greeting-Card-Sharing-Your-Journey-single-card\/5400487109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>only be bought online<\/a>, while other items are being made available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walmart.com\/ip\/Ink-Meets-Paper-White-Tote-Bag\/5129928154\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>both online and in stores<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Target, Walmart\u2019s rival, previously announced that it planned to scale back its LGBT products this year to mostly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/disney-closing-60-bricks-and-mortar-stores\/\" title=\"Disney Closing 60 Bricks-And-Mortar Stores\">online sales<\/a>.
