The NVRA requires that states conduct list maintenance to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/j6-committee-seeks-to-criminalize-republican-fundraising\/\" title=\"J6 Committee Seeks To Criminalize Republican Fundraising\">remove ineligible voters<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Fontes told the state legislature that a federally-required list maintenance program is \u201cin development,\u201d according to the suit. The plaintiffs compared the total number of registrants on each county\u2019s voter rolls to the Citizen Voting Age Population (CVAP) reported by the U.S. Census Bureau, and concluded that Apache County had a 117 percent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/democratic-operatives-control-voter-rolls-in-31-states-report-shows\/\" title=\"Democratic Operatives Control Voter Rolls In 31 States, Report Shows\">registration rate<\/a>, while Santa Cruz County had a registration rate of more than 111 percent.
