The Suffolk district attorney\u2019s office confirmed the court date with the outlet but didn\u2019t specify the charge, and the sources didn\u2019t say which victim it involved.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect\u2019s attorney, Michael Brown, declined to comment on the reports to NBC, but said his client maintains his innocence.
