Overall, among all voters, just 15% said it would be better.<\/p>\n<p>Rasmussen said, \u201cThis is a clear rejection of the founding ideals of self-governance. It is clearly a rejection of the idea that governments derive their authority only from the consent of the governed. And on top of that, I would argue that this shows an incredible faith in \u2018credentialism.\u2019 You know, if you have the right credentials, we should listen to you.
