Wade<\/a> in June 2022 resulted in promises from Democrats to enshrine abortion into American law, pushing the legislative side of the practice back to states.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the Supreme Court has put forth considerable roadblocks in Biden\u2019s ability to get his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/bidens-student-debt-cancellation-taxpayers-paying-550-billion-benefits-wealthier-families\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">student loan forgiveness plan<\/a> rolled out.<\/p>\n<p>During a campaign event Wednesday in Philadelphia, the president himself <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/speeches-remarks\/2024\/05\/29\/remarks-by-president-biden-and-vice-president-harris-at-a-campaign-event-philadelphia-pa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">even said<\/a>, \u201cThe Supreme Court blocked me from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-mocked-for-touting-justice-for-trump-while-ignoring-supreme-court\/\" title=\"Criticism of Biden for prioritizing justice for Trump over Supreme Court issues\">relieving student debt<\/a>, but they didn\u2019t stop me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And just as he said, the Supreme Court didn\u2019t stop him.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, he continuing to push forward through loopholes and executive actions so that he can buy votes for the presidential election.<\/p>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-container\">\n<p>Was Trump treated unfairly?<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>But just as Democratic prosecutors wage legal warfare against Trump in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/alvin-braggs-team-begs-judge-pile-even-punishment-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York City<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/georgia-appeals-court-gives-trump-great-news-fight-fani-willis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fulton County, Georgia<\/a>, and special counsel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/federal-judge-slaps-attempt-place-gag-order-trump-threatens-jack-smith-punishment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jack Smith<\/a> carries the Democratic fight at the federal level, and Biden himself defies the Supreme Court when it suits his purposes, he\u2019s pretending to respect the justice sytem.<\/p>\n<p>But disgustingly, despite being the very reason that many Americans doubt their country\u2019s courts, the senile old man himself has the gall to go before reporters and tell people they need to trust the Trump trial\u2019s result.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, only two days after bragging about skirting the Supreme Court, Biden pretended to be a champion of justice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDonald Trump was given every opportunity to defend himself. It was a state case, not a federal case and it was heard by a jury of 12 citizens, 12 Americans, 12 people like you,\u201d Biden claimed to reporters at the White House, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbs.org\/newshour\/politics\/watch-biden-reacts-to-trump-guilty-verdict-says-its-dangerous-for-trump-to-call-trial-rigged\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Associated Press<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He continued, rambling that everything in the Trump case was fair and just, which is absurd to anyone who does even a small amount of research.<\/p>\n<p>Whether it\u2019s Judge Juan Merchan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ny-trump-judge-donated-biden-radical-left-wing-orgs-receipts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">donating to Biden\u2019s campaign<\/a> and anti-Trump groups in 2020, which shows that he has a clear bias and, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/04\/06\/politics\/judge-merchan-trump-biden-contribution\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNN<\/a>, goes against the New York state rules for judges, or the charges themselves being exaggerated to overly punish Trump, there are legitimate reasons to doubt the Trump trial.<\/p>\n<p>But Biden doesn\u2019t see it that way.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s reckless, it\u2019s dangerous, it\u2019s irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don\u2019t like the verdict,\u201d Biden said at the White House, according to the AP.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur justice system has endured for nearly 250 years, and it literally is the cornerstone of America,\u201d Biden said. \u201cThe justice system should be respected. And we should never let never allow anyone to tear it down.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But it\u2019s obvious why Biden doesn\u2019t want Americans to doubt the system when it\u2019s used to convict Trump \u2014 it takes away his leg up.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s clear the Biden-Harris campaign intends to use Trump\u2019s \u201cfelon\u201d title against him, and if voters begin to doubt the methods used to force it on him, it would make the Democrats look worse.<\/p>\n<p>So despite openly disrespecting the Supreme Court, Biden will go before the American people and tell them to respect the courts that his people do have a say over.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s all utterly disingenuous and quite disgusting.<\/p>\n<p>But, hey, is that any different from what Biden normally does?<\/p>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<p><b><i>A Note from Our Deputy Managing Editor:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span>\u201cWe don\u2019t even know if an election will be held in 2024.\u201d Those 12 words have been stuck in my head since I first read them. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span>Former Lt.
